Model Kathleen Neill, 26, was arrested while posing for nude photos in New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. She was charged with public lewdness.
Photographer Zach Hyman, who has become well known for photographing nude models in public places, was taking naked photos of Kathleen Neill when a female security guard arrived. The guard was not persuaded by Neill's argument that they were surrounded by nude statues and paintings.
Kathleen Neill lives in Brooklyn, and was released from jail on an appearance ticket. A photo gallery of Kathleen Neill's nude photos in the museum can be seen on the New York Post website here.
