Randy earned a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2007, and a Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law in 2010. Randy acquired his Kentucky real estate license shortly after his freshman year of college. In 2004, he formed The O'Neal Real Estate Team with his father. He earned awards as a Million Dollar Producer in 2005 and Multi-Million Dollar Plus Producer in 2006 and 2007. Randy worked at the State Attorney's Office for the 20th Circuit of Florida. There he worked on high profile cases, which included the prosecution of defendants featured on Dateline NBC's "To Catch a Predator" television series. Randy accepted a position at Marc F.
