The tragedy of losing such a young life in Marie Osmond's son, Michael Bryan, shook a lot of people. His funeral, held in Provo, Utah, brought 450 people who loved and admired the young man who committed suicide. LDS church president Thomas S. Monson spoke and the Osmond shared their musical talents as they laid Michael to rest. Loving words and fond memories were shared in his behalf.
Michael Bryan died after falling eight stories from an apartment building in an apparent suicide. Bryan was in rehab for an undisclosed reason, but was known to his siblings as light-hearted, kind, funny and generous.
Prayers go out to the Osmond family as they mourn the loss of their son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson.

Amazing that the lds prophet is so star struck. I attended a funeral for a boy who died serving an lds mission and they just got a letter? But a women who has openly supported gays and who openly speaks against things that lds people take heat for supporting, not because they want to but because they are following the prophet and blindly going down the path. wake up mormons your church is false and your leader is a real jerk!!

Where were Monson and most of the 450 well wishers when this young man was considering suicide?
I would suggest not giving a damn about his existence is the answer. This is shameless celebrity schmaltzing in my opinion.
More and more the conduct of the leaders of the LDS church causes me to lose respect for them.
