Fear is the guidance system that indicates trouble or danger. It is an essential part of human survival throughout history. Because critical situations are not as prevalant as they once were, the need for fear is reduced. Still as a whole, society tends to invent new reasons to be fearful every day. Since thoughts and feelings create reality, fear also creates things to be fearful of. There are solutions to counteract that fear and worry.
An important tool is to reduce exposure to fear manufacturing influences such as fear based media stories. Although influences may not be eliminated entirely, reducing them allows each person to focus on what positive feelings and possibilities instead.
Fear is an emotion just like happiness. It is produced from within. When a situation happens that produces worrisome or fearful feelings, acknowledging the emotions is the first key step to letting them go.
Most of the circumstances that cause anxiety are not truly necessary to be fearful about. Public speaking, for example, often creates anxiety and fear of being judged or disliked. The reality is that most listeners are rarely aware of this fear and usually listen because they want to hear what has to be said. Few take classes or would be aware if the presentation wasn't perfect. The fear is the perception, not the reality.
After acknowledging the fear, the best course of action is to go ahead and do what is causing that fear. Taking a few deep breaths first can help calm the feelings. Once that initial action is taken, there is a sense of exhilaration from that accomplishment. It is liberating to know that there really was no need for that fear at all.
In order to truly conquer that fear completely, it is essential to repeat that situation as often as possible. In public speaking, it would be important to take advantage of as many public speaking events available until that fear transforms into excitement and ease.
Law of Attraction demands action for wishes and dreams to form in reality. Fear can be a troubling block the hinders action. Releasing fear allows all dreams and wishes, no matter how spectacular, to become possible.
