Gregory D. Russell holds a law degree and a Ph.D. and has taught in four state university systems. He has published three books, two on law enforcement - including Law Enforcement in the United States 2nd Edition (2005). Russell was an instructor and consultant in the California Command College and previously coordinated law enforcement management training at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. Russell has multiple published articles and studies on the topic of law enforcement.
