Vic has been actively involved in fitness, athletics, and coaching most of his life. The University of Akron graduate and ex-football player is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and certified with the National Association of Speed and Explosion. He has experienced years in teaching physical education at the community college level, coaching at the high school and community college level, and as strength and conditioning coach. Vic routinely searches for effective ways on how to increase muscle tone, stamina, power, speed and strength, and is actively involved in promoting proper nutrition.
