Singer and teen idol Miley Cyrus is now contending with the tragic death of the driver of one of her tour busses.
But on the same day of the bus accident, the singer received some good news.
A Los Angeles judge dismissed a lawsuit against Cyrus Friday which had accused her of discriminating against Asians after she was photographed making "slant eyes."
The plaintriff, Lucie Kim filed suit against the Disney star in February over a photo that showed Cyrus and friends slanting their eyes, according to court papers.
The lawsuit was based on a state statute that prohibits businesses from discriminating against minorities.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Sohigian said he was not convinced Cyrus had violated the statute, the Unruh Civil Rights Act.
Cyrus apologized twice for the photo in US magazine.

i think its sad what happened, but is she ok of goin to do a concert. i woodnt because my driver just died, she had to know him very well and its still going to go on? well i guess she doesnt want to disappoint people, but still.
