The health care bill just passed by the House has a surprise for younger Americans who may want to avoid the expense of extensive health coverage, either buy the Democrat version of insurance or go to jail for 5 years.
A letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) obtained by the office of Republican House member Dave Camp confirmed that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land you behind bars.
The letter says that citizens don’t have “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), can be slapped with civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 five years in jail.

Not only does the healthcare bill say that you have to give the president 15,000 dollars or go to jail for 5 years, but it also says that illegal aliens can have abortions for free, and that everyone over 65 has to ask the president what medicine they are allowed to have! The government can not force you to buy a product or service and it certainly cant enforce that with fines, penalties or imprisonment no matter what these Constitution trampling hippies think. The lawsuits that will ensue will put pelosi and obama into prison.
By the way, has anyone seen obama's birth certificate? A non-citizen took over the presidency and you're worried that anything he actually does will stick? I dont think so. First, he's done nothing 1 year after being elected. Not one thing. Second, whatever he does will be rolled back when he's sued, impeached and removed.
