Kim Kardashian obtained a restraining order against a man she describes as "extremely delusional" according to court records.
The Order prohibits 26 year-old Dennis Shaun Bowman from trying to contact the reality T.V. star in any way, including via Twitter.
Kardashian, 29, is the daughter of late Los Angeles attorney Robert Kardashian, who gained fame for representing O.J. Simpson after the former football star was accused of murder. She’s a celebrity model, pitchwoman and stars in the E! series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
Court records indicate that Bowman told Kardashian that he is interested in a romantic relationship with her.
"I am extremely frightened by Mr. Bowman because he appears to be obsessed with me and is extremely delusional," wrote Kardashian in her declaration.
Court records also state that Bowman has repeatedly showed up at Kardashian's appearances, sometimes in facepaint depicting him as the Joker from "Batman."
She sought the order after Bowman allegedly ignored cease-and-desist letters from her attorney and orders from Los Angeles police to stop pursuing her.
