This letter is disturbing, but it is authentic. If it was a hoax, the officers of the court who are mentioned would have a good defamation case against this writer.
The following letter was written by a child who is now an adult. It was written at the request of his attorney and with no input by the mother. (This can be verified.) His little brother is still ordered to live with the father. The father and court monitor Michael Howard frustrate all visitation with the mother. The mother was not accused of substance abuse, child abuse, she has no criminal record; there was not even an accusation of PAS by the mother. The court actually gave no articulated reason why the mother's visits should be monitored and why the father, tried for child abuse in 2008 has custody.
The order of sole legal and physical custody to the father was made by Commissioner Alan Friedenthal and upheld by Judge Elizabeth Feffer of the Superior Court of Los Angeles. Today, September 3, 2009, the Court of Appeals denied a petition for Writ of Mandate to change venue and vacate all orders made by the court since Commissioner Friedenthal took over the case.
This letter is part of the court record. Only names have been deleted to protect the identity of the victims.
I request that full custody be granted to my mother. My father is an alcoholic. He has regularly and sometimes for no reason hit me over and over again, not stopping until I was crying and pleading uncontrollably, throughout my entire childhood. He has told me and has vividly described how he would kill me if I ever "tattled on" him. When in his custody, I am always depressed. He tells me that he doesn't care about me and would abandon me often. The only happy memories I have with my dad were when he got me drunk. He has forced me to lie to CPS, lawyers and everybody. He has forced me to commit crimes for him such as stealing materials from construction sites and siphoning gas. He made me break into my mother's house so I could steal tax records, account numbers and legal forms.
Whenever I would tell the police or other authority my father was abusing me and my younger brother, nothing was done. At some point I was convinced that nothing would ever stop him from doing these kinds of things, especially not the United States Government and I gave up.

This letter from the victim, is so sad. I applaud this child, now an adult, for coming forward to set the record straight about what they went through.
It is amazing how much protection the courts afford the abusers, and how little they give to the victims. Truly the most despicable, deplorable, inhumane justice system we have. It is sad that children will be beaten into submission and silence by the abusers, and also by the courts. This is a depressing outlook into all of our futures. since no one seems to want to do anything to stop this insanity, and everything to protect the profit centers IE. the courts.
God bless this child and his little brother too. I hear these stories over and over again. These children are real people - railroaded by corrupt judges and pathetic Minor's Counsels. All of these children will be old enough to group together with their non abusive parents in roughly 5-6 years. We will call them the "baby doomers." They will help reform our corrupt family law system. Give this adult child a kiss on the forehead and tell him that his time is coming. He will make a difference as he joins up with the thousands of other beautiful children like him. Tell him to keep an eye out for his little brother. We will all hold hands and fight this horiffic beast of family law corruption and forced child-parent alienation together.

And where are the people rallying in the streets to protect this child's brother? Is something going to be done to rescue the boy?
Alan Friendenthal has been known for doing this is more than one case. He must enjoy inflicting Maternal Deprivation Abuse on women and children.
Thanks for giving this child (now adult) a voice. This case is just one of thousands or even hundreds of thousands that happen every year in family courts in this country, and in other countries.
Because of the ways in which family law is manipulated by fatherhood supremacist groups, and standards of appeal are written in judicial circuit courts, it is virtually impossible to overturn bad lower court decision. Judges are given far too broad discretionary powers and immunity, as are the officers of the court, most of whom are not trained in child abuse, child sexual assault, domestic violence, substance abuse, and behavioral disorders. Yet these practitioners, e.g. evaluators, expert witnesses, child representatives, Guardians ad Litem, etc., enjoy the same quasi-judicial immunity in what represents an unconstitutional delegation of judicial power and authority. And these people make money off the parents and victims.
Save the children from this debacle.
Publish the case number and the people's names. No one at all is "protected" by withholding them.

The children would rather have this behind them. The grown child who wrote that letter is doing well, getting "A"s in college, has a wonderful home by the beach that his mother provides for him. He helps other kids as does his mother.
There was more to the story and someday it will be written as a book, but the names of the children will still be changed.
This case is going to the California Supreme Court next week, so other children may not need to suffer as much in the future.
Stronger enforcement and prosecution of people who cheat in court and the officers of the court who help them would go a long way.
The same has been done to me in the court by Elizabeth Feffer. She steals children from parents, often from mothers. who is the attorney on the other side? It might be helpful to know.

Who is the attorney on the other side. We might have the same case. Many people complained against her. She is so evil.
It seems in this case the "other attorney" is Brett Bianco, court counsel. He spoke to Judge Elizabeth Feffer before Commissioner Friedenthal recused himself, wrote suggested wording for the recusal, then sat in on the next hearing in Judge Feffer's court.
Technically now, the State is represented by Frederick Bennett at the appeals level. Though both Mr. Bianco and Mr. Bennett are paid by the state to protect the interests of the People, it seems they are there to cover the collected ass of the court personnel.
The State, already on the brink of bankruptcy, is subjecting itself to loss of judicial immunity as the behavior of the court becomes more corrupt and more outrageous. The State is also subjecting itself to huge damages in a civil case concerning the non-jurisdictional behavior of a group of judges.
I have witnessed the same situation in many cases in UK and Ireland.
It is always the same patriarchal judges, many women, who have unresolved issues of their own from childhood which they project nto service users.
I also have a case now where we managed to get children a voice and who speak of their court ordered abuse- they were raped, tortured, sold for sex, used in porn, beaten black and blue etc.
When child protection officer placed evidence before the court, the judge ordered him to take no action.
Now, all the children are damaged mentally.
One 15 year old girl was gang raped for daring to tell truth re social workers, as they were also involved.
I also notice women who report DV- 55% are loosing their children to forced adoption in UK.
In Ireland, I was ordered home to obey the abuser as were the children because the judge said it is a Catholic country and the only way women and children can leave is in coffins.
Time to open these kangaroo courts and name
