Whistle-blower sues banksters: Fraud on student loans. Vampire banks feed on near-children

We hold these Truths to be self-evident...

Banksters took a hit through disclosure of court documents of a former Nelnet employee's lawsuit for $280 million for fraud to college students through student loan disinformation. JP Morgan, Citigroup and Nelnet are the defendants in the lawsuit.

Banksters have sucked trillions through direct transfer of American taxpayer money to their pockets. Despite a history of student loan disinformation, the US government declined to participate in the suit. This highlights the larger context of our political “leaders” in both parties as the banksters’ pimps refusing to communicate the option to Americans of monetary reform, a benefit of over a trillion dollars every year to the American public.

Monetary reform transfers our current system of bank-created money as debt, that creates a monetary system of perpetual debt that can never be repaid, to government-created money for the direct payment of taxes for public goods and services. This is the solution advocated by many of America's brightest historical minds. However, current captured politicians refuse public consideration of this option, and heartlessly ignore Americans’ unemployment and poverty and renege on their promise of funding the end of poverty with only 0.7% of GNI.

Congress and Mr. Obama stand aside and allow a million children to die every month from preventable poverty. As you should know, ending poverty in every historical case reduces population growth rates, decreases environmental pressure from desperate people, and reduces terrorism.

If you haven’t educated yourself on this transfer of Americans’ money to an elite group of self-appointed “masters of the universe” while heartlessly creating conditions killing our children, please educate yourself through the above links.

My policy suggestion is Truth and Reconciliation to peel-off those involved in harmful and/or criminal acts to embrace a “Scrooge conversion” to testify without prosecution and reveal what’s really running our nation. Now, I encourage all men and women in our military, government, and law enforcement to honor your pledge to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic: refuse and stop all unlawful orders and acts by executing your legal authority to enforce US, Constitutional, and international law.
America’s economy is being crushed under a controlled demolition from the top of government and finance. Our troops and their families are being killed and damaged in unlawful wars. Since Congress will not stop these obvious acts, those of us with legal authority must team-up and lawfully enforce all action within our jurisdictions. Oath Keepers is a powerful organization working for this purpose.

The video from PuppetGov beautifully expresses our situation.

Along with student loans, look at all the municipalities large and small, school districts and others trapped into paying off derivatives gone bad to JP Morgan. China said "no" to paying out on fraudulent derivatives. Where is our government to say the same for us? Our attorney general Holder is instead opening up old cases of racism in the South in the 60s. Imagine that. Maybe that gives us a timeframe for when the DoJ will start looking into the financial looters.

I could write a book just on student loans. It's nice to see the government suing some banks and Nelnet (who I sued for false credit reporting in 2003).

HOWEVER, the government does NOTHING about deferred student loans being reported without the deferred balance as "High Credit" to the credit bureaus. This practice seriously lowers the FICO scores required for most mortgages.

Sallie Mae REFUSES to update their reporting and the credit bureaus also ignore these factual disputes. Not only should those student loans never be made by private lenders, but they should not be LOANS. And if the government would CREATE the money out of nothing like the banks, everybody could just get a grant.

Of course the idea is to get the students into debt, to ruin their credit and to make them wage slaves for life. I sure could tell heart breaking stories about ill and disabled people NOT being granted a discharge through bankruptcy.

Thanks for the post, Carl, my rant for the day ...

The lawsuit described by this article was not filed by the US government, but rather is a qui tam suit filed by a relator under the false claims act. The federal government has the option of participating in a qui tam lawsuit, but in this case it has not. So the headline is not accurate.

Come on. The whole system is a fraud. There is never any actual money exchanged in ANY loan; it's just numbers made up out of nothing. Can anybody be stupid enough to believe that banks actually loan out their depositors' money? How in blazes could they do that? Have you ever known anybody who received a statement from their bank saying something like the following?

"In the interest of keeping up our goal of loaning out trillions of dollars a year, we took $10,000 out of your account as part of the pool."

What about identity theft? When they "credit" your account for the missing money, that's all they do. It's nothing but a number. Do you think that they have some vault somewhere, like Scrooge McDuck, bulging with dollars, and a sign above that says "Money to replace in our depositor's accounts when somebody steals their identity and loots their account?"

The entire monetary system in this country is nothing but a counterfeiting operation from top to bottom.

Great comments, everyone. Thank you for contributing your knowledge and perspective.

Mark K: thank you, I've made the correction and give fuller documentation and context against the option that saves Americans over a TRILLION dollars every year, monetary reform.

It seems lately there is so much corruption and greed being covered up by mainstream media and our government. Thank you for bringing information such as this to light. Maybe if enough scandals are exposed changes will be made...Hoping so anyway.
