We hold these Truths to be self-evident...
We know that the US “leadership” and corporate media are lying for war with Iran with their two principle reasons:
- Anyone who spends five minutes can verify that Iran’s President Ahmadinejad never threatened to attack or destroy Israel. The content and context of his October 2005 speech are in support of Palestinian equal treatment under the law from Israel, and compares the Israeli government to former repressive regimes in Iran, the USSR, and Iraq that were all replaced. I challenge anyone to summarize the paragraph in question and rationally conclude any physical threat to Israel. The implications of this fact are world-changing: the proof of Orwellian lies for war with Iran by criminal conspiracy between both political parties’ management and corporate media is beyond any doubt.
- Iran has never diverted nuclear material from legal and peaceful use; verified by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in all their reports and testified by their agency directors. The agency seems under political pressure from the US; as votes and official language ignore the facts and purpose of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) to voice concern over what isn’t known. This is as if your supervisor threatened to fire you, saying, “We can verify that you haven’t stolen anything from our observation and accounting of all materials. However, you can’t prove that you haven’t stolen things outside our accounting and observation that we don’t know about. Prove your intentions are to not steal. If you can’t, our suspicions are verified.” This reason concerns “Additional Protocol” that Iran gave administrative agreement to without verification from their legislators, and then withdrew from when the US wouldn’t keep their part of NPT to support Iran’s nuclear energy development.
We also know that all the reasons given to go to war with Iraq were not only false, but known as false at the time they were told.
This is huge. It's legal treason against the United States.
This fact puts the lies with Iran in context that our “leadership” are psychopaths: vicious killers with only a veneer of social behavior to hide their sadistic and destructive actions. The sane response is to stop these psychopaths right now through government and military refusal for further orders pertaining to these unlawful wars, arrest those who issue this war policy, and I recommend Truth and Reconciliation to get to the bottom of what’s at the core of this Orwellian dystopia America has become.
A real risk is the start of World War 3.
Given the rules of war prohibit US and/or Israel attack from the lame lies the psychopaths are pushing, an historical card the US and other governments have played to temporarily “shock and awe” the American public into obedience for war is a false flag attack to kill Americans, blame the target for war, and then attack.
Despite the historical reality of false flag operations, the history of the known lies that have killed a million of our fellow human beings in Iraq, and the elementary school-level lies to attack Iran, some Americans are still too naïve to accept the fact that our psychopathic “leaders” of both parties (always protected by their minions in corporate media) would play “real chess” and sacrifice what they see as American pawns in order to achieve a broader psychopathic policy objective, like ruling the Middle East.
A fact to dispel this illusion is an obvious example of our government killing Americans in a false flag attack: in 1993, the New York Times reported (and here, and here under "World Trade Center Attacks in Perspective") that the FBI had stopped their informant from providing a fake explosive to terrorists who blew-up a truck bomb in the World Trade Center parking lot. Instead, an FBI supervisor took over the supply of the explosive to the terrorists. The FBI informant, Emad Salem, suspected foul play by the FBI and secretly recorded hundreds of hours of what the FBI assumed was their private conversations. The recordings confirm that the FBI provided the explosives for the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center that killed six, wounded over 1,000, but was insufficient to collapse one tower onto the other to achieve the objective of the bombing.

Now the FBI never contradicted
in the tapes saying he didn’t provide them with the day and time for the delivery of the bomb to the terrorists, just the targets. Even if Salem Salem was confused about providing the targets to the FBI, the fact remains that the FBI did not follow the terrorists to the's north tower on February 26th when they knew that the terrorists were in the possession of a real bomb. Why would an FBI “supervisor” take over this part of what Mr. Salem was told was a “sting operation” to provide the actual explosives for terrorism and then allow this FBI-managed crime to murder Americans with the potential to bring down the two World Trade Center buildings?
We know the FBI and whoever else was involved wanted the attack to occur because they managed its execution every step of the way to the explosion. We know they could have stopped the attack and didn’t. Therefore this attack is a false flag operation where the FBI is the brains and management but the blame and responsibility is solely placed on Islamic terrorists. This part seems clear.
Placing this operation into the broader strategy of political objectives; that is, proving the sacrifice of this chess piece was part of a particular plan to control the chess board is more complex. However, given the paper-thin lies that we see from the highest levels of US government for war with Iran and Iraq documented in the links of this article (among hundreds of writers), we know that the “leadership” of both political parties are dominated by chess players willing to sacrifice thousands of American soldiers in their game.
We know the 1993 WTC bombing occurred just after many of the Bush Administration “leaders” put the plan of Middle East domination into writing in 1992 with the pre-development of the Project for a New American Century (PNAC). The conclusion is reasonable that the 1993 bombing was a false flag operation to move PNAC’s agenda forward for Middle East domination by creating public outrage that would overcome the blatant illegality of Middle East wars.
These psychopathic chess players might be planning one more false flag move for their final board objective: attacking and dominating Iran.
If a critical mass of leadership among the public, US military, US government, and other key areas refuse to cooperate with this ongoing game our chess masters are playing, we can end it and shift our attention to more constructive uses of our resources. My policy suggestions follow.

- Understand the laws of war (and here). These were legislated after WW2 and are crystal-clear that only self-defense, in a narrow legal meaning, can justify war. The current US wars are not even close to being lawful and are legal treason against the US. Those involved with US military, government, and law enforcement have an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution. To fulfill their oath they must immediately refuse all orders associated with unlawful wars and military-related constant violation of treaties, and arrest those who issue unlawful orders. The Oath of Enlistment to the US Constitution supersedes the fascist insertion of Nazi propaganda to "always place the mission first" of blindly following unlawful orders.
- Employ the obvious and simple solutions to end our economic controlled demolition and evolve to a civil economy. End poverty through global cooperation to achieve the UN Millennium Goals by developed countries investing 0.7% of their income (not that the UN is serious for their accomplishment, but the goals are what we should invest to produce). Support global security through cooperation, dignity, justice, and freedom. Create a US Department of Peace to help.
- Communicate. Trust your unique, beautiful, and powerful self-expression to share as you feel appropriate. Understand that while many people are ready to embrace difficult facts, many are not. Anticipate that you will be attacked and prepare your virtuous response in the spirit of competition, just as you do in other fields.
- Prosecute the war leaders for obvious violation of the letter and spirit of US war laws and constant lies to engage in further wars. Because the crimes are so broad and deep, I recommend Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) to exchange full truth and return of stolen US assets for non-prosecution. This is the most expeditious way to understand and end all unlawful and harmful acts. Those who reject T&R are subject to prosecution.
Local perspective: Part of my professional duties as a teacher of economics and government is to produce competent adult citizenry. This includes realization that our nation’s policies and money are managed at a broad community level, and these issues have tremendous local impact. Of course, we all want human beings to be individually successful and enjoy their unique, beautiful and powerful self-expressions. Concurrently, we recognize our commitment to local success is strongly dependent upon the success of the community, and that government policy and economics are drivers.
Our status in early 21st Century human history is that we suffer from a long history in government and money of human interrelationship well-described as vicious antagonism. Governments frequently use war as a foreign policy, despite its illegality and dependent upon public ignorance, with horrific consequences. Economic policy is still created within a “Robber Baron” paradigm to concentrate money to an elite few families. Two examples:
1. National taxes effect you dearly, especially the tax to pay interest on the national debt. This costs the American public over $400 billion every year. This is $4,000 per year for every $50,000 of income. Do the math to understand your household’s tax burden for a monetary policy invented by banks for banks to create our money supply as debt. Your competence in this area contributes to our collective voice to simply shift monetary policy to easily pay the national debt, enjoy full employment, collectively save us over a trillion dollars every year, and finally realize what our brightest American minds have been advocating for centuries beginning with Benjamin Franklin. This would have unprecedented local benefits, and requires collective power to accomplish.
2. Ending poverty everywhere on our planet would cost just 0.7% of our income and save a million children’s lives every month. This human accomplishment will cause unimaginable joy at our local level.

The first reference is a highly selective abridgement of the actual NY Times piece, most notably missing this graf:
The transcripts do not make clear the extent to which Federal authorities knew that there was a plan to bomb the World Trade Center, merely that they knew that a bombing of some sort was being discussed. But Mr. Salem's evident anguish at not being able to thwart the trade center blast is a recurrent theme in the transcripts. In one of the first numbered tapes, Mr. Salem is quoted as telling agent Floyd: "Since the bomb went off I feel terrible. I feel bad. I feel here is people who don't listen."
That sounds more like he's complaining the Feebs wouldn't listen to him, not that they knew and deliberately allowed it to happen.
Anyone who has experienced the arrogance and bull-headedness of the FBI should find that credible.

the FBI knew that the terrorists were in the position of an operational bomb, and didn't follow them to the WTC and arrest them before they planted the bomb. That's what the FBI does; it's their job!
The fact that the New York Times didn't make this obvious point clear to its readership is further evidence of how the media then and now covers for the Federal government when elements within the Federal government commit crimes.

Having said that I must confess to having NO FAITH in the American people to know the truth when they hear it, no faith in their moral compass for they have none, no faith in their willingness to act selflessly or as members of a true or real human community on any scale. Carl Herman probably won't let this stay up, but the court transcripts from the trials of the '93 bombers make it pretty clear that the FBI did not believe Salem or that there was a credible bomb threat - and that Salem did not know the intended target until after the bombing. Salem was originally used by the Feebs to infiltrate the radical Muslims protesting in support of the guy who shot Meir Kahane; when he came to them with the bom plot, they thought he was making it up to get more pay. Because the Feebs were able to quickly round up the bombers (now using Salem again) no one went head-hunting for the idiots who let it happen in the first place. As for OKC, the active agency pre-bombing was ATF, not FBI - and the ATF agents were still in CYA mode after their debacle of the Branch Davidian raid.

Complete distortion of the facts: the FBI most certainly did not give the bomb or the bomb components; until the 1993 attack, the FBI didn't even have a clue how a urea nitrate enhanced bomb worked and barely understood the thermobaric fuel-air explosive, having done little forensic investigation of the 1983 Beirut barracks bombing.

Okay, talk to me after you've bothered to read "Willful Blindness - A Memoir of the Jihad" by Andrew C. McCarthy, the guy who prosecuted the 1993 case.
He dissects Salem line-by-line, as well as the FBI mistakes of epic proportions - with footnotes and references to the trial transcripts.
Oh, and then compare McCarthy's view to the investigative reporting of Peter Lance ("1000 Years for Revenge," "Cover Up: What the Government Is Still Hiding About the War on Terror," "Triple Cross"). The two men despise each other and disagree on most things - but agree that the FBI screwed up in 1993.
Lance also heavily footnotes.

You have zero credibility pointing to a book by the person the FBI helped appoint to prosecute the case.

There's where you jump the shark - nothing in Salem's tapes indicates that the FBI provided a bomb.
The court transcripts (and sworn testimony of Peter Lance) show that Special Agent Nancy Floyd recruited Salem in 1991 and, when he brought the claims of a bomb plot, she filed to have surveillance on two of the bomb plotters.
The surveillance was denied by Assistant Special Agent in Charge Carson Dunbar in the NY office, who testified at trial that he didn't trust either Salem nor Floyd - and Salem was cut loose by the FBI with his now infamous "Don't call me when the bombs go off" parting comment.
Of course, the FBI did call him right after the bombs and used him to get to the bombers.

This is what the transcripts read, what we hear on the tapes, not denied by the secretly-taped FBI agents, agreed to by one FBI agent on tape, and what the New York Times and CBS News reports.
Mr. Salem was removed by the FBI at the point of building the bomb and the FBI took over at that point. That’s exactly what I write and then you, lying sack of spin, twist it.
This is material evidence of FBI complicity in a false flag attack upon the US.

This excerpt from one of the recorded phone calls supports what Mr. Herman is saying. I see no scenario where the agent would lie and agree with Salem if what he was saying was false. What would be the motive for that?

You're right on Carl. As far as the people objecting... at least they're coming rebuttals, even if they are totally ridiculous. In my experience debating on this subject, you mention the Emad Salem tapes and the debunkers run away scared and refuse to even address it.
