Look your victims in the eyes: this is Iran, these are Iranians to be killed in the next US war

We hold these Truths to be self-evident...

If you don’t already know that claims for war with Iran are all provable and absolute lies, start here.

If you don’t know that US political and media “leaders” lie by omission that the US overthrew Iran’s democracy from 1953 to 1979 to install an oil-friendly dictator, and that the US supplied and directly aided the invasion of Iran from 1980 to 1988 to reinstall an oil-friendly dictator, continue here. These acts killed up to a million Iranians. This history is the proper context to consider lying US rhetoric for war with Iran. And if you’re not absolutely comfortable that “lying US rhetoric for war with Iran” is what is happening, go back to the link in the first paragraph.

If you care to prevent a treasonous act of American mass-murder, consider how to communicate this information to your networks. You’re asking for the reasonable: that our military and government act under the US Constitution we pay them to actualize and they’ve sworn to support and defend.

This is exactly what we praise Martin Luther King for doing: asking that our US Constitution be enforced for equal treatment under the law. And to make sure you understand what we're facing, this is exactly why the US government assassinated Martin Luther King when he opposed the US war in Vietnam. This is the conclusion of the only trial conducted for the murder of Dr. King, and in agreement with the King family conclusion. Most Americans don't know about this civil trial because most Americans also don't know that US corporate media has been disclosed by our own government investigation to be a propaganda arm of US government agendas.

Let's spend a few more moments with the fact that the King family and the only civil trial for the murder of one of our greatest historical Americans conclude from the evidence that our own government murdered Dr. King for presenting opposition to the US war agenda, AND THIS WAS NOT COVERED BY CORPORATE MEDIA, IS NOT PUBLISHED IN US HISTORY TEXTS, AND IS UNKNOWN BY MOST AMERICANS. I challenge you to find a more rational explanation than US corporate media is complicit in the continuous disinformation of Americans to continue a war agenda.

I assert the above as objective factual data; independently verifiable by anyone who cares to see the truth. If you're unsure about the status of this information as facts, spend enough time with the above links to embrace the real world you promised to yourself to live within. You've outgrown fantasy; it's time to work, live and play in reality.

And our current status is opportunity to stop a war with Iran that might be the prelude to World War 3.

The following videos show the Iran and Iranians at the top of the US mass-murderous war agenda.

Look your victims in the eyes.

Fellow Americans: literally for the love of God, it’s time.

It’s time for our men and women in government and military to choose: either stand with the US Constitution you’ve sworn to support and defend against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC, or remain complicit in ongoing Wars of Aggression, mass murder of our soldiers and our fellow humans in other lands and throwing trillions of our tax dollars to do so, pushing the world ever-closer to an apparently planned and desired nuclear Third World War (and here), and guilty of what Dr. Martin Luther King called “Silence is Betrayal” before the US government assassinated him according to the only trial conducted for his murder.

It’s time for our men and women in the military and government to refuse all orders associated with our unlawful wars and preparation for unlawful war with Iran over one gram of medical isotope worth $75,000 in 20% enriched nuclear fuel. It is hard to imagine a more ridiculous case for war.

It’s time for our men and women in the military and government to refuse all orders associated with our unlawful wars and preparation for unlawful war with Iran and stand with the American public who declare in a ratio of 9 to 1 that our government no longer represents them under the US Constitution.

It’s time: exercise your 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech and press, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Please provide this article to all Americans if you find it helpful to stop current and future unlawful wars.

Over 5,000 US soldiers have been killed so far as pawns of the civilian and military brass tyrants. Multiples more have been crippled physically and emotionally. There is no end in sight to current wars; indeed, the US is expanding them into Pakistan and Yemen and threatening more war with Iran. The dead are comforted by God; their families are devastated by the loss of their loved-ones. The crippled and their families face a range of challenges; many so severe that a total of 6,000 US veterans commit suicide every year. One-third of all US homeless men are veterans.

Our military was duped into these wars with calculated "Big Lies;" our trusting young men and women took an Oath to support and defend the US Constitution that supersedes the Nazi insert of “placing the mission first.” The Claus von Stauffenberg faction of US military and government must act to end this soulless mass-murdering; this loveless series of unlawful wars and unlawful orders, if we want a future we’re proud to build.

This choice is up to our men and women in uniform and government for leadership. I provide:

And, our men and women in uniform must take action as they see best; as will our men and women in government and citizenry. As a teacher of government and law, I conclude our government leadership is guilty of treason against the American public, and guilty of mass murder against our soldiers.

Choose well; our collective future, and your future, depend upon it.

It's time: please share this article with all who can benefit. If you appreciate my work, please subscribe by clicking under the article title (it’s free). Please use my archive of work to help build a brighter future.

I appreciate your attention to these facts and encourage your further study and action consistent with your own self-expression. My recommendations:

Policy response: Gandhi and Martin Luther King advocated public understanding of the facts and non-cooperation with evil. I’m among hundreds who advocate:
  1. Understand the laws of war (and here). These were legislated after WW2 and are crystal-clear that only self-defense, in a narrow legal meaning, can justify war. The current US wars are not even close to being lawful and are legal treason against the US. Those involved with US military, government, and law enforcement have an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution. To fulfill their oath they must immediately refuse all orders associated with unlawful wars and military-related constant violation of treaties, and arrest those who issue unlawful orders. The Oath of Enlistment to the US Constitution supersedes the fascist insertion of Nazi propaganda to "always place the mission first" of blindly following unlawful orders.
  2. Employ the obvious and simple solutions to end our economic controlled demolition and evolve to a civil economy. End poverty through global cooperation to achieve the UN Millennium Goals by developed countries investing 0.7% of their income (not that the UN is serious for their accomplishment, but the goals are what we should invest to produce). Support global security through cooperation, dignity, justice, and freedom. Create a US Department of Peace to help.
  3. Communicate. Trust your unique, beautiful, and powerful self-expression to share as you feel appropriate. Understand that while many people are ready to embrace difficult facts, many are not. Anticipate that you will be attacked and prepare your virtuous response in the spirit of competition, just as you do in other fields.
  4. Prosecute the war leaders for obvious violation of the letter and spirit of US war laws and constant lies to engage in further wars. Because the crimes are so broad and deep, I recommend Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) to exchange full truth and return of stolen US assets for non-prosecution. This is the most expeditious way to understand and end all unlawful and harmful acts. Those who reject T&R are subject to prosecution.

Local perspective: Part of my professional duties as a teacher of economics and government is to produce competent adult citizenry. This includes realization that our nation’s policies and money are managed at a broad community level, and these issues have tremendous local impact. Of course, we all want human beings to be individually successful and enjoy their unique, beautiful and powerful self-expressions. Concurrently, we recognize our commitment to local success is strongly dependent upon the success of the community, and that government policy and economics are drivers.

Our status in early 21st Century human history is that we suffer from a long history in government and money of human interrelationship well-described as vicious antagonism. Governments frequently use war as a foreign policy, despite its illegality and dependent upon public ignorance, with horrific consequences. Economic policy is still created within a “Robber Baron” paradigm to concentrate money to an elite few families. Two examples:

1. National taxes effect you dearly, especially the tax to pay interest on the national debt. This costs the American public over $400 billion every year. This is $4,000 per year for every $50,000 of income. Do the math to understand your household’s tax burden for a monetary policy invented by banks for banks to create our money supply as debt. Your competence in this area contributes to our collective voice to simply shift monetary policy to easily pay the national debt, enjoy full employment, collectively save us over a trillion dollars every year, and finally realize what our brightest American minds have been advocating for centuries beginning with Benjamin Franklin. This would have unprecedented local benefits, and requires collective power to accomplish.

2. Ending poverty everywhere on our planet would cost just 0.7% of our income and save a million children’s lives every month. This human accomplishment will cause unimaginable joy at our local level.

To consider:

"If we are to have peace on earth, our loyalties must become ecumenical rather than sectional. Our loyalties must transcend our race, our tribe, our class, and our nation; and this means we must develop a world perspective. No individual can live alone, no nation can live alone and as long as we try, the more we are going to have war in the world. Now the judgment of God is upon us and we must either learn to live together as brothers or we are all going to perish together as fools."
--Inscription on Dr. Martin Luther King’s statue, Moorehouse College, Atlanta

"The day that hunger is eradicated from the earth, there will be the greatest spiritual explosion the world has ever known. Humanity cannot imagine the joy that will burst into the world on the day of that great revolution." -- poet Federico García Lorca

Comments policy: I welcome questions and comments that are civil and pertain to the article topic. Impolite and impertinent comments are subject to deletion. You are a guest here. It is not censorship if you violate the rules and your comment is deleted.

Please consider that I’m among hundreds of writers who have documented our own government’s disclosure of propaganda programs to support their wars. I suspect my articles are under such propagandistic attack from comments that use typical rhetorical fallacies to distract readers from the facts. I invite readers to sharpen their ability to discern such propaganda. They are characterized by a combination of: never addressing the facts, lying about verifiable facts, diverting attention through unsubstantiated belief in an alleged expert, irrelevant data, straw-man attack that distorts the facts, ad hominem attack of insults to the messenger, vile comments to repulse readers, and lies of omission and commission.

I will use such comments to point-out the propaganda or delete them at my discretion. Again, all relevant and polite questions, and factually accurate comments are welcome. As a professional educator I’m in agreement with my experience and research: we learn best from multiple perspectives in mutual commitment to understand the facts, see those facts from diverse points-of-view, and consider various policy proposals of what we should do.

For those involved in support of US government-sponsored disinformation, I invite you to consider the quality of human relationships you wish to work toward. National security and a brighter future is not a function of fear, manipulation, and control. Our best security follows cooperation, justice under the law, dignity, and freedom. Working for your best imagined self-expression of virtue may include a unique contribution from the inside of your agency. Public attraction to the stories of Star Wars and the Harry Potter books/movies recognize that our society’s jump to civilized relations for all of us might require support from people within the “dark side” acting as covert agents for building a brighter future. Another option is becoming a whistle-blower; Project Camelot is a popular venue for people in sensitive positions. Ultimately, I recommend a Truth and Reconciliation process to exchange full truth for no prosecution, explained in detail at the link. Please consider the wisdom of your own “Scrooge conversion” to act for the benefit of all humanity rather than your self-proclaimed controlling, manipulating, and loveless “masters.”

“Scrooge was better than his word. He did it all, and infinitely more; and to Tiny Tim, who did not die, he was a second father. He became as good a friend, as good a master, and as good a man, as the good old city knew, or any other good old city, town, or borough, in the good old world. Some people laughed to see the alteration in him, but he let them laugh, and little heeded them; for he was wise enough to know that nothing ever happened on this globe, for good, at which some people did not have their fill of laughter in the outset; and knowing that such as these would be blind anyway, he thought it quite as well that they should wrinkle up their eyes in grins, as have the malady in less attractive forms. His own heart laughed: and that was quite enough for him.”

Yeah, I don't want war. I've had enough of war, but IRan isn't an innocent angel!

You forgot to put photos of iranian women, those hanging like black crows, from giantic cranes.

You now, THOSE women. The Iran "federales" can't put up with uppity women, so they arrest them.Condemn then to die.

You know, islamic law, Sharia law doesn't allow for execution of virgins, so if a woman is that, the night before the execution, the prison guards take care of that. No doubt, by morning, the ex-virgins, will be happy to die.

And certainly, dead bodies can't be seen, hanging around - pardon the pun, withough being covered. Certainly not.

But you haven't checked this? Perhaps you should?

Most of the West know that Zionists run the media with their poisonous lies but you need to do more.

    1) Ensure you have 1,000's of the Russian anti-aircraft missiles in place to make the flying bullies think twice.
    2) Take a leaf from the Jewish megaphonies and take this kind of message out into the world, as a general rule, the majority of teens, twenties and early thirties are sympathetic to your cause. Take out full page ads in western papers showing how MEMRI lies, give provable examples.
    3) Help us to help you - The Zionists may want a world war, but 99% of humanity don't. Many millions care passionately about this issue - YOU ARE NOT ALONE - remember 2 million in the UK marched against the war in Iraq.
    4) The Zionists may well commit more false flags to blame on you - you have to be up front and get a PR friendly approach so that you cannot be smeared. Get your information out clearly, factually and at every available avenue.

Your analysts are absolutely correct that Martin Luther King was on a par with our founding fathers and is honored by both Black and White for his anti-violent movement for justice. Otherwise, if you think the little man who lit up his private parts to kill 300 people comes from a rational organization you have missed something in your education.

So you say you don’t want war, but all you do is demonize Iran?

You’re such a pitiful liar, “Bonnie;” your tone so like the military fascist types who pollute these comments with their Operation Mockingbird loveless propaganda.

Let’s look at your lies of omission. You ignore the US lies for war. Why?

You ignore the ~million Iranians dead at the hands of the US! You pretend care over a legitimate issue, but you lie about magnitude. Let’s say Iran has wrongly executed 100 people a year for the last 30 years since their Revolution to remove the US-imposed dictator (why do you ignore this history?). That’s 3,000 wrongful deaths.

The US killed up to a million from 1953 to 1988; so the US killed up to 997,000 more Iranians than the Iranian fundamentalist government.

You demonize Iranians when the US is the real monster by a magnitude of over 100 to 1!!!

You also do not advocate for rule of law regarding war... why? Do you prefer dictatorship for more war?

I don't think Bonnie was demonizing IRAN. But rather trying to say that the average Iranian is being held hostage to a Fascistic Islamo regime that enacts its' own interpretation of Sharia law. And that interpretation has resulted in murders and civil rights abuses.

If anything it was a plea to see the Iranian People as between a "roch and a hard Place". Once with war threatened by the West and two by its' own Government abuses and terror.

Actually taken together, The view from Carl and the facts mentioned by Bonnie give an unfortunately accurate picture of the plight of the Iranian people. I truely feel for them and wish there was an avenue that the people of Iran could speak DIRECTLY to the West and especially the Citizens of the US. Without Government or Media intervention.

The people in Iran are under a fundamentalist government, but I doubt your authenticity.

“The view from Carl”? No, Herb. Let’s start with the facts of history to understand what’s happening; which first and foremost is the United States’ hegemony in overthrowing Iran’s government, supporting an invasion and War of Aggression to kill Iranians with US military support for EIGHT YEARS while not lifting a finger in the UN Security Council to stop it, and now lying with its “reasons” to engage in war again.

    These are not “views.”

If you truly feel for Iranians, tell the truth that the US government and corporate media are lying in the same way that preceded war with Iraq.

Demand criminal prosecution, Herb, to stop further crimes.

Do you have the love of the US Constitution to demand this, or do you have some other agenda?

Oh, and I’d question any alleged “messages” from Iranian people. These can be faked.

"... supporting an invasion and War of Aggression to kill Iranians with US military support for EIGHT YEARS ..."

More than a little disingenuous there - the US never directly aided EITHER side in the Iran-Iraq War, but INdirectly aided BOTH sides: Iraq through surrogates like Saudi Arabia, Iran through surrogates including, crazy as it sounds, Israel.

The TOW missles Ollie North sold Iran through the Israeli cut-out turned the tide of the war at the Shatt al-Arab battle with one-for-one kills on Soviet-made Iraqi T-72 tanks - and led to the end of that war.

Be fair; US had dirty hands in every direction there as it played realpolitik, with a still extant Soviet Union.

2 of 2: You lie by commission; readers can get the details through my links and read that the US destroyed Iranian oil platforms, sold precursors for the same WMD that US “leaders” screamed we needed to invade Iraq over leading to the 2003 unlawful invasion, and shot down an Iranian civilian airliner over Iranian airspace in a blatant War Crime.

I’m calling you a fascist war-monger, Jake. You hate your own country, you hate human beings, actually. Here’s a test to prove me wrong: stand up for the US Constitution, the heart and soul of your nation, for the first time in your multiple comments spanning months, and admit that the US is lying in its reasons for war with Iran and that this itself is a crime to threaten unlawful war.

I’ll give you one chance to show your evil in your response; then we all have better things to do than let you “earn your money” as a fascist war propagandist acting to finally destroy our nation under US law.

I've said repeatedly that I do not expect, project, forecast or in any other way see war with Iran happening under the current administration - AND that it would be a terrible idea to go to war with Iran in the first place.

However, unlike you, I refuse to apologize for the crimes of the Iranian regime.

I don't "distract" - I point out inaccuracy. The FACTS of the Iran-Iraq War are that many nations had hands in it; it was another aspect of the Cold War that left dead bodies around the world over a period of decades.

Much more important than meaningless mea culpas that cannot change the past is LEARNING from the past and changing behavior. And I find rational discourse to be more effective than half-truths and accusations of conspiracy.

Here’s my policy: acknowledge US history of crimes to overthrow Iran’s government, aid invasion, and directly contribute to the murder of up to a million Iranians. Admit Iran is complying with NPT and the dispute is a contrived “Additional Protocol” obfuscation to make it appear Iran is out of compliance with NPT when that is above and beyond NPT. Admit medical isotope production and energy production is legal and the US is out of compliance by not providing assistance. Admit Ahmadinejad never physically threatened Israel and that US “leaders” lie about this. The US should follow NPT and help Iran with lawful nuclear energy and medicine. What I was trying to say and perhaps said it badly was that The Iranian people are subject to the pressures from the West as your article pointed out AS WELL AS pressures from a fascist-fundamentalist regime internally as pointed out by Bonnie.

Nothing more nothing less. My point about dialogue with the Iranian people was that it would be GREAT, IF we could have a REAL dialogue with the people without the filter of the Iranian Regime or the Western Main Stream Media.

Given the background documentation from the first link in the article, do you agree that US government “leadership” and corporate media are absolutely lying about their “reasons” for war threats with Iran?

Ignore this test, disinform about what I say are the verifiable lies for war with Iran, and I’ll comfortably call you a conspirator for war; a propagandist.

Take the test in good faith and address the facts, and we can talk about the related issue of how Iran might best respond to their own government.

But, given the US history of destroying Iran’s government, destroying Iraq with unlawful war based on lies, and the same type of lies now with Iran, preventing more mass-murder is far more important than addressing Iran’s internal politics.

LOL...My saying "Pressures from the West" was tacit agreement with you. As said in both posts and now a third time. I am well aware of the western influences on Iran going back to at least 1950's with the CIA orchestrated Coup. Notice I said AT LEAST, meaning more and greater going forward.

I do not agree with you about "More Important". Murder is murder...and there is mass murder going on Internally. To make an argument about which is the "Worstest" murder...well I think that speaks for itself. It ALL needs to stop.

Do I think the US Gov't has been complicit in all this outside pressure. Yes. Do I think they are worse than the Criminal Gov't in Iran. No. They are both bad.

I dont subscribe to the far far left view that America is bad. We are good. But people on the right must realize that you cant invade ewvery hotspot region and install democracy. It is a great and noble idea that we can. But, one it will bankrupt us. Two, the risk that these countries wont improve is so great. We need to empower the pro-democratic elements to rise up through things like the internet. I suspect that is what the Bush admin did. that if Iraq is free then the neighbouring countries might start to see the errors in their way. But far out you can tell the right is already beating the drums

    Andrew and Ryan:

Andrew: Right on. Iran will not nuke Israel; it’s suicide. What might happen is a false-flag nuke attack that results in poisoning Gaza, blame Iran, and then the attack.

Ryan: “bad” and “good” aren’t really useful. Wars of Aggression are unlawful; our military and government are sworn to refuse such unconstitutional acts but have completely failed. That’s a useful beginning to see what we should now do.

Bush absolutely lied to invade Iraq, and absolutely lied to threaten Iran. And what, you really think that’s because he wanted democracy? We lied, killed a million, threaten to nuke Iran, and the whole point is for “them” to see the error of their ways??

Dude, it’s the “leadership” of both parties beating the war drums. Wake up. It’s the corporate media and the one’s they broadcast who are lying for more war. That’s the playing field we’re on.

Have there been announcements of wanting to invade or bomb Iran? I think they are trying to "talk" Iran into a certain stance via the press. So they don't have to expend money on them.

Also I'm not too hopeful in what you say about "Unconstitutional Acts" as you say, because this government is about to engage in unlawful and unconstitutional acts this weekend on Health Care. So I don't think they would think twice about people in other countries when they are doing this to their own county-men. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems they just do what they want no matter how much we protest.

I agree with Ryan, I think for the vast majority we are good people, we are a good country.

But how do we fight this evil in washington?

2 of 2: There’s no “hope” involved in understanding that current US wars and a war with Iran is unconstitutional. The link of the laws of war make it clear that the laws are unlawful; and unlawful in the most important law a nation must honor.

And yes, forced payment to private corporations is outside the Constitution, I agree.

You have to determine how you should fight unlawful evil from Washington. 95%+ of Americans just want a lawful land with cooperation for all of us to be at our best. Part of the fight is refusing evil and calling it unlawful when it is.

    Aaron:
1 of 2: Rhetoric for war with Iran is following the same pattern preceding war with Iraq. The “talk” is lies of Iran physically threatening Israel and a nuclear weapons program. The pattern of war rhetoric is, “The US is peaceful, but Iran threatens to destroy Israel and these crazy people are making nukes!” The spokespersons for war are in corporate media and mostly out-of-office, like UN Representative John Bolton. Republican Whip Eric Cantor (R-VA) is the second most powerful member of the GOP in the House of Representatives. In a 4-minute video from November 9, 2009, Mr. Cantor incited the 2009 General Assembly of the Jewish Federations of North America in Washington that Iranian President Ahmadinejad is "the man holding the gun with which he vows to kill Israel and the Jews." Cantor alleged that each day brings the world one step closer to Ahmadinejad's possession of a nuclear bomb. Article: “#2 House Republican: Propaganda for psychopathic mass murder against Iran.”

I have tried to talk to my elected reps in Washington about issues over the last 30 years. Forget them. They treated me like s*it all those years. Won't even take your calls, etc.

I believe that we can fight this at the state level. Visit your state senators and reps and tell them that you want the citizens of that state who are in the illegal wars returned to the state. You can point out that the National Guard is not supposed to be over there anyway. They are supposed to be under the jurisdiction of the state. The feds have basically grabbed our state soldiers. Tell them that you want the states to stand up for their citizens who were illegally taken by the feds for their genocidal war.

You can also grip about the health bill, the patriot act, gun rights, and any other things you want. Remind them that they took and oath to protect the constitution of that state. Tell them that you have printed out their job description from the state legislative library.

    Carolyn, Chris, Kelley:

Thank you. Carolyn, I’ll write about that. The author of “The prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder,” Vincent Bugliosi advocates states’ governments prosecution of federal government officials for lying the US into a war that murdered their state residents in our military.

    Carolyn,

Yes THAT is good , thanks. At the STATE level.

Carl, Yes forced payments is unconstitutional. But so is the METHOD they are using this weekend. To my mind that method is also unlawful.

Mihail, Not all Jews are bad. But many if not all Governments seem to be!

Also Carl, It would be good to write about the State approach. If enough of us in multiple states did it at the same time it could have an effect. Maybe like the Tea Parties did.
