Today, the young woman whose propitious film repertoire has taken the world by storm, the one and only Kristen Stewart, turns 20 years old.
Kristen Jaymes Stewart, one of several children to John and Jules Mann-Stewart, began her work in films at the impressively junior age of nine.
Yes, nine.
Two of her most little-known (and earliest) film appearances - that is, those that'd previously gone uncredited - prior to 2001's The Safety Of Objects were recently uncovered by a resourceful few.
Those two films were the 1999 Disney television feature The Thirteenth Year and Hanna-Barbera's The Flintstones In Viva Rock Vegas (2000).
In both movies, a crisp, young, and unknown Kristen Stewart played the part of a quickly passed-by extra, but within a year of her start in films like these, Kristen Stewart began to earn herself substantial roles that helped to jettison her career to the place of international renown in which it currently resides.
So, to celebrate the birthday and prowess of the now-twenty Kristen Stewart, below is a slideshow look at the twenty films that make her the superstar she is today.
[Note: In 2007, Kristen Stewart and her oft co-star Dakota Fanning played in a small Kate Hudson-directed feature called Cutlass (not featured in the slideshow). Though it was a short film - sixteen minutes, actually - it still perpetuated the trend that Kristen Stewart is, was, and will continue to be an actress of note. You can watch it in full here if you like.]

Happy birhday to my favorite young actress!
Thanks for the great pictures!
It's amazing how she is such a versatile actress. In several of her movies she looks nothing like her current self or the one we all know and love, Bella.
