Barbara Packales has been an educator for over 20 years in public and private education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She has worked for the ME Dept. of Education on the Learning Results Review Committee to establish state standards in the Visual and Performing Arts. She has presented numerous workshop sessions at both the state and national level for MENC: The National Association for Music Education in the areas of assessment and technology.
