Justin Bieber's album My World makes music history as the Top New Artist Debut of 2009, according to Soundscan. The Canadian-born singer and teen heartthrob is also the first solo artist in history to have four songs - "One Time," "One Less Lonely Girl," "Love Me," and "Favorite Girl" - on the Billboard Hot 100 charts before the album's release.
It's been quite a year for Bieber, who started the year creating buzz online with videos of him covering songs by Usher and Stevie Wonder. Since then, the young star's YouTube channel has surpassed 100 million video views. Bieber will release My World: Part II in March 2010.

Okay, get this he just hasn't hit puberty yet okay? Once he gets older and his voice gets deeper then you will see if he can sing or not. There are many young kids out there who can sing... because there voice can go so high, but once they hit puberty(normally 12-18) there voice changes and there singing goes down hill... So lets wait till he is a little older so we can see if he really does sing.
