In a deposition of discovery to nail Jon Gosselin for his breach of contract as accused by TLC, Michael Lohan, the famous for being the dead-beat dad of Lindsay Lohan, revealed that he and Jon's lawyer were acting as quasi-agents. Deals were brokered between the three, most notably the In Touch magazine interview where Jon Gosselin was reportedly paid $20,000 for his interview.
Meanwhile, Jon Gosselin is reportedly countersuing TLC for $5 Million.
Apparently the economy hasn't affected the Jon and Kate trainwreck, in fact, it may just be the best thing to ever happen to this years favorite dysfunctional family.
My prediction -- surely a "tell all" book by Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin with totally different takes on what went down and what went wrong. Surely this won't be over until Jon and Kate have sucked the last penny of the weary public dry. Integrity is obviously not their strong suit.

Maybe instead of paying all the attention to Jon Gosselin, we should start looking into Kate Gosselins activity. Thanksgiving Jon wasn't invited, be Steve Neilds and family was. Just how soon after her divorce is final, will Kate and Steve step out as a couple? They can denie it all they want, be their actions say otherwise
