If you haven't already heard, Twitter is a great resource for making the job search a bit easier. Jobs are actually delivered to you, thus reducing a lot of the legwork on your part. TweetMyJobs.com is just another applicatio built on top of the Twitter application. It fits perfectly with a previous article I wrote titled "How to use Twitter to help you find Chicago area job opportunities."
Using TweetMyJobs is very simple.
1)Visit TweetMyJobs.com and if you don't yet have a Twitter account, click here to create a Twitter account
2)Create a TweetMyJobs profile, by entering the requested info and connecting your Twitter profile to their site.
3)Now you're ready to subscribe to specific Job Channels that interest you. This is the best part as you can search by state and/or field of employment interest. For example, I'm interested in Chicago area jobs in marketing, advertising, and sales. So I filtered out all the jobs so I only got channels that were relevant to me. You then can subscribe to the channels that fit you and you're set. You now will start receiving Twitter updates with jobs in those specific fields you're interested in. That simple.
