Frank is an environmental engineer with a Master's degree from Penn State. His love of jazz was nurtured by growing up in a family of jazz musicians, some of whom still perform today in their 90's. As a result, it was a natural fit for him to become the Corporate Secretary and a Director of the Board of the Bakersfield Jazz Workshop, a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote jazz performance and education.
