One consistent theme that has followed Michael Jackson's in his life and into his death is his debts. Jackson is one of the most sued celebrities. In the last few years of Jackson's life, amid rumors of financial problems, he has built up a reputation of not paying his debtors.
When Jackson died a very, long list of potential creditors was submitted to the court.
According to Dr. Susan Etok, a friend of Jackson's, she was accidentally added to a long list of creditors that was submitted to the Los Angeles County Superior Court last week.
The list is a listing of potential creditors. Dr. Etok contacted Jackson's estate executors to inform them of the mistake. Their response, "Thank you."

It amazes me how many people claimed to be MJ's advisor/friend & look out for his best interest but then turn around & sue him for reasons that will probably never be confirmed. That also goes for his immidiate family, I just read that his brothers feel they are "owed royalties" from his estate. The Jackson brothers were even upset that MJ's will included various charities in which 20% of his money would go to. That makes them seem like heartless people. Discussing Joe Jackson's evil tactics to claim his son's money is just disgusting. The money from his estate was intended for Katherine Jackson and his children, not everyone else who ever came in contact with him as it's seemed in the recent months. No one had MJ's best interest at heart. They were only concerned with how he would be able to benefit them financially. It's really sad that such a nice, loving, generous man was taken advantage of up until the day he died. If they aren't in his will,they should know their place & back off

Here's the tally. So far it's rather easy. One who's decent, honorable, and honest. Three thousand who aren't. MJ - RIP. Our veil has been lifted and we see thing SO much clearer. I am sorry that it took your death for us to learn the truth. We love you more.
How come Mike owes them money? They are all broke and that's a known fact. Jermaine isn't even able to pay his child support. So how could they have given money to Michael. In my opinion it was THEM who received money FROM Michael and not vice versa. Michael has always been a victim of extortion and exploitation! What kind of family is this? It is soooo sad to see them acting and all of the so-called creditors coming out of the rabbit holes!
I think we need to stay out of their business period. If the doctor was hired by AEG to take care of him and he was well they will have to answer. Only God above knows, something is not right. I understand that Michael only wanted to do ten concerts and not fifty. They booked him for more than he agreed to there is an article that states this. I will find it and then post it on here. He was coming out of music once this tour was over. I can't wait until the real and absolute truth comes out. He had plans in his young life to make movies and continue to help other people.
