Photography tour of Tuscany gains rave reviews and amazing photos

 

In March we talked about capturing the real Tuscany with professional photographer Joel Wolfson.

These experiences are unique chances to capture Tuscany through the eyes of an artist.  You can also choose to hone your own photographic skills.

With such a positive response from this year's Villages of Tuscany Photography Workshop, Joel Wolfson and his wife have decided to offer it again next year for all those who wanted to join them, but couldn't! 

Participants enjoyed a mix of shooting photographs in his favorite places in Tuscany, incredible food, a local winery tour, and a week’s stay in a 600-year-old convent converted into a fabulous hotel Joel and his wife Barb* say the wonderful Italian culture abounded!  The "Greatest Hits" slide show at the end of the tour was the icing on the cake and even participants were impressed by their own photographs!

Joel and Barb Wolfson are a husband and wife team that offer photography workshops both here and abroad.  They recently completed a workshop focusing on villages of Tuscany.

*Barb Satink Wolfson, the tour’s naturalist guide, received her Master’s Degree in Forest Ecology. She was a backcountry ranger with the National Park Service where she conducted interpretive courses, led Junior Ranger programs and educated park visitors about the environment.  In addition to coordinating the workshops she has extensive travel, cultural, language, and living experience in both Europe and Central America.
