Israelis within sight of Gaza told to abandon houses

Arabs have smuggled longer-range anti-tank missiles into Gaza.  Accordingly, Israeli security officials have advised citizens residing within line-of-sight of Gaza to abandon their houses  (www.imra.org.il, 9/25).

 

Is this what our Secretaries of State have in mind when they mention the “vision” of an independent Arab state side-by-side with Israel?  Is this how Israelis should live?  Is it just Gaza that is under siege?

 

If Israelis have to abandon houses near Gaza, how intense and effective was the war in Gaza?
