Tap Forms is best described as a mobile personal information management program. Or app, rather. Tap Forms was created as a way to keep all that data with you at all times, while, at the same time, keeping it safe and secure with encryption and password-protection. All this combined makes this one handy, intuitive and ingenious app for any iPhone or iPod Touch user.
Although the user interface takes a little while to get used to, it's otherwise a clean, simplistic design with self-explanatory functions. Tap Forms allows you to store information in whatever form you need--whether it be text, numbers, photos, websites, checklists, contact information or even an audio recording. This way, your data goes wherever you go, but with the encryption function and password-protection, your personal information will never fall into the wrong hands.

Tap Forms is set up with numerous categories and ready-made forms to help you get started right away in condensing your wallet or purse. You can collect together all of your online password and registration information, you can keep your home alarm security codes at hand, or you can track frequent flyer numbers or membership cards (if you're not already using CardStar for that). Keep your driver's license number, your calling card information, vehicle identification numbers, or insurance data. If you don't find what you need in the already created categories that come with Tap Forms, you are more than welcome to create your own set. But with over 20 forms already set up for easy customization, I would be shocked if what you're looking for isn't included.
In the near future, the developer intends to create a desktop application to go with Tap Forms, creating the ultimate computer/iPhone connection in keeping your data up-to-date, synched, and backed-up. Currently, you do have the option to import and export data, so the inclusion of computer software will allow users to keep information in multiple places but have the security they need with encryption and password-protection.
Tap Forms is currently $8.99 in the Apple App Store, but is entirely worth every penny. The creator and developer of Tap Forms is on top of his game, creating updates and upgrades constantly to make the program bigger, better, smarter and more intuitive.
