One thing that our kids miss out on when they get playing apps on our iPhones or iPads is imaginative play. My daughter gets a ton of that! She spends a lot of time playing with her Barbies, reading books, and running around at the park with friends and cousins. However, when you're out and about running errands, it can be hard to find a way to let your child's imagination bloom when you've got them seated in a shopping cart at the grocery store or are encouraging them to sit still and stay entertained in a waiting room.
Dolls House To Go is a great app for anyone with a little girl! My daughter just turned four, and has been playing this app on my phone for quite some time now. Dolls House To Go is a huge digital dollhouse for your child. It comes with four play individuals: a mom, a dad, a little girl, and the family dog. There are several rooms in this house, including a basement, attic, and outside play space, and each room is more beautifully decorated than the next.
What is fun about this app is that each room has it's own little "secret." The game reacts to gravity and standard physics--items will drop, bounce, and fly around the room if you flick it just right. The little girl will play on the tire swing, the dog can take a bath in the bathtub and drink out of the toilet, dad can jump on the bed, and the little girl can even sit and cry on the "time out stool" in her bedroom!
There is so much to explore on this game, and for a mere .99 cents, it is definitely worth it! I myself have enjoyed playing with it, finding out all the fun things you can do with the characters in each of the rooms and unlocking all the surprises that it holds! I love the lowkey, relaxing background music and the gorgeous design of the game--definitely a quality app!
