Randy is a web developer and graphic artist who has worked in both local government and academic positions in the Santa Cruz, Calif. area. He is a graduate of San Jose State University and has degrees in Economics, Computer Graphic Arts and Liberal Arts. He was recently accepted to be a Media Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He has been an Apple computer user for more than 25 years.
