Happier.com is a new website that will launch on September 23, according to a press release today. Happier.com's mission is to "help people not just be happier but "do happier."
The cost to use this website is $5 a month for premium members. Happier.com "happiness plans," videos, tests, and exercises. It also includes a look at who the experts are (co-founders and consultants), your own profile, a community tab, a blog, a directory if you are in need of a "coach, therapist, trainer or consultant."
Free services on the website include: "4 validated tests with instant feedback on strengths, optimism, happiness and positivity" and "100 exclusive videos from the world's leading happiness researchers and practitioners..."
The "happiness plans" are as follows:
- Decrease your symptoms of stress, anxiety, & depression
- Increase your happiness and positive emotions - Build positive relationships
- Increase your resilience
- Discover my strengths & build on them
Happier.com is also hosting a free webinar on September 23 that you can sign-up for. The webinar is entitled "5 Tips For Being Happier in 5 Minutes."
