There may well be a number of little green men wandering around West Sunset and Glendale Boulevard tomorrow ...and no, they won't be very drunk and lost Irishmen still trying to find their way home after last months St Patricks day festivities. Tomorrow night The Echoplex will be hosting an alien extraveganza as concert headliners Saint Motel team up with Filter Magazine and the International Flying Saucer Bureau to 'make contact' with the great intersteller beyond through a collection of inter and extra terrestially priced martian and space cocktails, curious alien clothing, tin foil helmets to increase the power of thought (instructions included here) and music from the best bands  known to the galaxy.

The concert kicks off  at 8.30pm with Lorn Connor hosting and will also feature the musical talents of Voxhaul Broadcast, The Pity Party and Mississipi Man before Saint Motel sends The Echoplex into hyperdrive with their own trademark brand of classic blood pumping indie rock. Due to the increasing amount of 'sell out' concerts being hosted by the band it's advisable to book tickets in advance while you still can. Saint Motel will be touring along the West Coast up into Canada throughout the remainder of April so Saturdays show might be the last chance to take part in the now famed 'Saint Motel final song fan stage invasion' for some time. Due to their snowballing popularity as LA's ultimate live party band, the chances are that the next time they play at The Echoplex  they'll simply have far too many fans to fit onto any stage left in the world.

Ticket holders to the must see event are also invited to the after show party and there will be some more spacey sets delivered by guest DJ's Rich (from Nico Vega), Soko and DJ Darsha.Plus, anyone who buys two or more tickets will stand a chance of winning a real space helmet signed by the band on the night too. To win the helmet just email a copy of your ticket reciept to the band at their Facebook, Myspace or .com sites

Just to get you in a slightly more extraterrestial mood we added the recent Stuntman Mike video for 'Black Day' with a stage lighting crew that could come in quite handy for tomorrow night!  Further alien instructions and IFSB interviews are currently being featured on Saint Motels Kyte Channel.
