Harry Packman has been involved in the insurance industry for over 35 years. He has held upper management positions with a Fortune 50 Connecticut manufacturer; leading insurance brokerage house; Native American tribe and a not-for-profit hospital association.
Harry has taught undergraduate law and advanced risk management courses at local private and State universities and has co-authored "Global Risk Management - Practical Applications". He holds a B. S. degree from the University of Bridgeport and an LL.B. from La Salle University. Harry has been called as an expert witness in cases involving insurance litigation.
