One of my many, dare I say, guilt pleasures is shopping at Bloom. Bloom is amongst the ranks of Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal or any other inexpensive teen store. However, if you take the time to look, most of the time Bloom has better finds.
At first glance, Bloom appeared to be a clothing store filled with clothing I did not desire to fashion myself in, but once I explored their racks and tee stands of clothing I realized that they just don’t have very appealing window displays. True, Bloom has some clothes I would never wear, mostly because they are on the cheap side, but they also have a lot of very trendy pieces as well.
I have purchased several blouses that looked like they were designed by bebe. I have also acquired a lot of distressed denim, at the low price of $29.99 a pair! Trust me these jeans look like $75 at least. They also always carry great basics like long strappy tanks for layering for around $5, and leggings in most colors for around $10. They also carry adorable dresses for any occasion, which usually run no more than $40 depending on the style.
Recently I purchased a faux leather bomber jacket. It is cropped with elbow length sleeves and cinching at the wait and end of each sleeve. Let me inform you that this is the first faux leather jacket I have ever purchased. I am very picky and this jacket looks unbelievably real. It costs only $35, making it a real score.
