Lance accepts his Jury Price for 'Crime Sweepers'. Photo/Terra King
Lance Mora made a splash at the 'Nevada Film Festival' by winning the jury prize for 'Crime Sweepers'. Lance has rewarded fans with a sequel, 'Crime Sweepers 2: Revenge of the Broom Witch'.
The cop team of mops and brooms are once again chasing a diabolical criminal...the 'Broom Witch'. Said witch looks suspiciously like the wicked witch of the west from 'The Wizard of Oz'.
The witch (named Nob Goblin, (Gobblin?) and her equally diabolical hence man, 'Squirt', are out to get the broom team of 'Dusty Floors' and 'Tony Danza.'
After establishing that Squirt and Broom Witch are really bad guys (girl???), in walks our broom heroes to investigate the Brooms Witch's handy work.. What happens then is an epic battle between good and evil. Who will win? Who will be left standing? How does a broom keep his balance on just his handle?
This sequel to 'Crime Sweepers' is really laugh-out-loud funny as was the original. It's campy, and irreverent as a film of this type should be.
One warming. This is not a film for children. It has major sexual antics by sexually frustrated brooms and lots of foul, but funny, language. You've been warned.
