There was lot of drama on the first day of the new Maharashtra assembly today when Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) legislators roughed up S P MLA, Abu Azmi for taking the oath of office in the Hindi language.
As soon as Abu Azmi started taking the oath in the Hindi Language, the 13 member strong MNS MLA's rushed towards Azmi and took away the mike from him. Check out the video below.
The 13 MLA's of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena MNS on Monday created havoc in the Maharashtra assembly. Reportedly 4 of the MLA's who were responsible have been suspended.
MNS legistalors shouted slogans, demanding that Abu take the oath in the Marathi Language only.
The speaker adjourned the house for half an hour as the quarrel continued. Immediately after that, one of the MNS MLA Ram Kadam slapped Abu Azmi.
MNS Boss Raj Thackeray in October had warned that his party would ensure that all the MLAs will take the oath in the Marathi Language only.
"If any MLA does not take the oath in Marathi, the House will see what happens," Raj had threatened.

It's really a shame on us to listen to this kind of acts. we (Indians) are very well known for our society were no cast, languages,religion etc. doesn't break us.
