912 WASHINGTON, DC TEA PARTY - QUIBBLIST NOT RACISTS!

Representative Joe Wilson got it wrong, or did he?

Just when I thought there would be little to write about this long after I attended the 912 Washington DC TEA Party event, fate has crashed open an avenue of discussion. In those 5 days, I got to hear former President Jimmy Carter shamelessly try to whip up the racist divide for political gain. I got to hear the opposition to President Obama, presumably meaning us TEA Party Renaissance folks, is at least partially motivated by racism. As I have learned, when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.

Before I say more, my credentials: Yes, I went to the Million+ 912 TEA Party in Washington DC last weekend. I went there for my own reasons not because I am part of, nor because I was compensated by, a conservative equivalent of ACORN. And nobody equipped me with a shiny, mass produced protest sign. My feelings are genuine. I had to pay my own way. No one paid any of my expenses. I spent about a day on a bus to get there, about 13 hours in DC and another day on a bus back to Minneapolis Minnesota. And there was much work to catch up on when I return. My credentials to comment are documented in this paragraph and with the accompanying pictures; I grudgingly apologize for the delay caused by swearing off most political stuff and concentrating on business for 5 days. So now we TEA Party Renaissance folks are alleged to be racists? Do I understand that correctly? If the accusation were not so calculated to demonize and discredit us, I would laugh. Later in this article, I am going to reveal my personal reason for going to Washington DC and why I am a proud member of the TEA Party Movement. And then I am going to point out to President Obama and former President Carter why the accusation of our being motivated to any significant extent by racism, trivializes all I stand for and all I have endured in bringing me to the conclusion that:

“It is not Republican v Democrat, nor conservative v liberal,
nor white v color, nor rich v poor, but rather
WE THE PEOPLE v Corrupt Politicians“

I am the originator of the foregoing quote, and that quote is a fundamental part of my basis for being involved in the TEA Party movement and going to Washington DC on September 12, 2009. The issues that motivate me are corruption, duplicity, fiscal irresponsibility, lack of commitment to the Constitution and Free Markets and, lastly, the erosion of our Civil Liberties.

When I am done describing my perception of reality, it will be clear that I was not in Washington DC because I am a Racist. Further, it will be clear that my participation in the TEA Party Renaissance is not because I am a racist. Still Further, It will be clear that my opposition to President Obama is not because I am a racist. Finally, when I am done, I am going to demand an apology and retraction from both President Obama and former President Carter for using the broad racist brush to attempt to discredit and demonize the entire TEA Party Movement.

Before I return to Joe Wilson, let me indicate my personal reasons for going to Washington DC. I have harbored these feelings of distrust of the government since the early 1990’s. Employees, officers and agents of 1st National Bank of Anoka MN N.A. wrongfully repossessed vehicles from 150-200 innocent Minnesota Families. They started by threatening to destroy my life and business if I testified against them. The threats escalated to death threats. At that point, I contacted the office of a now deceased Senator and asked them to anonymously relay the information to the FBI. The Senator’s office delayed informing the FBI until after I finally went directly to the FBI.

The FBI became very interested in the matter when other persons in the banking industry corroborated my story. And then suddenly, it was over. The FBI indicated that the US Attorney was not interested in pursing the matter. After receiving this information, I called the Senior FBI agent in a panic. I asked what I was supposed to do now. He talked about plausible deniability and in the end said, “Don’t worry, bankers don’t usually make good on their death threats” That was a defining moment in my life. For years I lived in fear of certain retribution. My business was black listed.

I allege that Wells Fargo Bank used a lawsuit against 1st National Bank of Anoka to force the sale of said bank to them, else face arrest and/or financial ruin. Having taken on the 1st National Bank of Anoka lawsuit liability, Wells Fargo viewed me as a liability and severed their relationship with my company. I went to discuss the matter with then President and CEO Richard Kovacevich. After a long wait, I was told I was that he would not meet with me; I would have to talk to the lawyers. And later I got to hear in the chambers of one Judge John Sommerville that, though I represented myself pro se’, if I did not settle for $15000 my friends who were attorneys and had helped me would be disbarred. Now, Richard Kovacevich, Jeff Blodgett, David Lillehaug, William Bunker, Judge Sommerville and the deceased Senator are all white. So tell me again President Obama and former President Carter, how my participation in the TEA Party movement and my attendance in Washington in DC on September 12, 2009 were based in racism.

I seek an apology. Acting on the propaganda taught to me in High School Civics, I wrongly believed that testifying truthfully was the proper thing to do. I did not believe it proper that Bankers, Judges, County and US Attorneys should conspire to obstruct justice and cover up the wrongful repossession of vehicles from 150-200 innocent Minnesota families.

And the personal cost to me was great. By the body of work I have compiled on the internet, it should be clear that I had the ability to become a millionaire, but for my insistence on pursuing truth and justice. But, I am financially hobbled and my business continues to be black listed. I never married, because I would not subject any wife or future family to the ongoing retribution from Wells Fargo Bank. Indeed, I estimate that the stress that his been inflicted upon me for these past 20 years, will in the end, shorten my life by 20 years. And anytime I find myself in a Minnesota State Court, the Courts exact revenge by using the rules against me. They threaten my attorneys with sanctions and disbarment.

Allegations that my actions are based racism trivialize the retributions I suffered and the sacrifices I have made. And so, I demand an apology from both President Obama and former President Jimmy Carter. For those readers who doubt that this could happen in America, please wait for my further proofs.

Before we go to my further proofs, back to the question as to what motivates me in these regards. What motivates me to be associated with the TEA Party Movement, to have went to DC on 9/12 and to be against Government health care? As I have demonstrated, American Courts covered up the wrongful repossession of vehicles from 150-200 innocent families, they failed to prosecute those who tampered with a witness, they failed to prosecute a group of bankers that threatened to kill me if I testified, and they continue to retaliate against me for having exposed them.

DO YOU THINK THAT THESE MONSTERS WOULD EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT GIVING MONEY TO A GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRAT IN EXCHANGE FOR DENYING ME LIFE SAVING HEALTH CARE. No, they would not think even twice. Wells Fargo Bank should have had its charter pulled. Instead, they are allowed to continue to make good on their promises to destroy my life. And then you would trivialize all that I have endured by saying my actions are motivated by racism?

Now back to the further proofs, for those of you that have been so blessed in life as to not believe these things that have happened to me. Try on these examples:

Clarence Waages – Clarence was killed and his wife permanently handicapped when a semi truck loaded with fuel rear ended them and send them sliding out of control into the back of a dump truck. Allegedly a family member for the Fuel Trucking Company worked in the Courts of the County where the matter was heard. Allegedly the family member and the judge manipulated the case to Defendant Fuel Companies advantage. It is my understanding that they got a total of $4000 and were force to give $1500 to one of the defendants. And you would ask us to trust the government with our very lives?

2 Pennsylvania Judges Plead Guilty to Juvenile Detention Kickback Scheme In this matter, 2 Judges took kick backs from a private Juvenile Jail operator based on how many Juveniles were incarcerated. State side, 1 in 10 juvenile cases ended in incarceration. For these two judges, the rate was 1 in 4. One 14 year old girl was taken from court in Shackles to a Wilderness camp because of an argument she got into on Myspace. Others were incarcerated for writing prank notes, stealing change from parked cars, and possessing drug paraphernalia. Most were first time offenders. This went on for 10 years. For 10 years lawyers, social workers, jailers, bailiff’s and other judges let this go on. And you would ask us to trust the government with our very lives?

Former Judge Herman Thomas - Screwed in Court In this sickening affair, Judge Thomas has been charged with 57 Counts. It is alleged that Judge Thomas traded Sexual favors with men for favors in court. Many of these men were incarcerated. Now this case seems to be the best to show the depth of the Systemic Corruption in America’s Courts and Government. Let me paint this Scenario: In order to get an inmate out of jail I am asserting that the jail must have a written order or reason. A bailiff must take this note to the jail and check in with a jailer. Then the inmate is brought to the Judges Chambers. It is alleged that Judge Thomas liked to paddle them as well as sodomize them. 57 Counts. How did the bailiff not know what was going on? How about the Judges Legal Aid and Court Reporter? Didn’t they hear the paddling? What about the other Judges? Did they not wonder why so many inmates were going to the Judges Chambers? Didn’t the Jailers notice an unusual number of inmates going to the judges Chambers? Imagine how hot this gossip was. It must have spread through the Courthouse like wildfire. Why did the head jailer do nothing? Why did the County Sheriff do nothing? What did the County Commissioners do nothing? What were the reasons that all these Government officials looked the other way for at least 56 times? Was it fear, complicity, Quid Pro Quo? It matters little to the victim. Can you imagine being a male inmate and getting the call? Knowing this Judge can give you 2 months or 2 years? And you would ask us to trust the government with our very lives?

It details how officers repeatedly stopped individuals who had no connection to gang activity and seized money and property without any intent to file criminal charges and any reasonable evidence the individuals were connected to illegal activity. Lugar talked about one example where an officer took 4 thousand dollars from a man he knew was not involved in criminal activity. Bulger-Flemmi Murder Case - US District Judge William G. Young said today during closing arguments in the non-jury trial that "I'm prepared to find there's a massive and widespread cover-up going on here.'' It is “alleged that the FBI did nothing to stop the murders of Louis Litif; Deborah Hussey, the daughter of a woman who was in a long-time relationship with convicted gangster Stephen "The Rifleman" Flemmi; and Debra Davis, Flemmi's one-time girlfriend.” [Source Brian Ballou, Boston Globe] And you would ask us to trust the government with our very lives?

Crime Indeed Does Pay – As Long as you are a Judge
Despite the States Financial Difficulties, Counties in California were paying Judges in other Counties thousands of dollars for vague reasons. The 4th Appellate Court ruled the payments illegal. The Judges had the Legislature pass a law retroactively protecting them from criminal prosecution. You have to read this one yourself to rap your mind around the depth of Systemic Corruption involved in this situation. And you would ask us to trust the government with our very lives?

I bring these examples of recent outrageous behavior of Judges and Law enforcement to make the point that severe issues of credibility and corruption exist in our Government. Many of us have pointed out that Social Security, Medicare and the VA Hospitals have been absolute failures. I personally have been told by Supporters of President Obama and Government health care that I have no proof that these most recently mentioned programs are miserable failures. They offer the existence of roads as proof of successfully run government’s program.

Having exhausted giving Liberals proof after proof of government incompetence in these programs, I have turned to examples of Government Agencies that lend themselves to conclusive proof of corruption and failure. I use the Judiciary and Law enforcement because of my own personal experiences and for the reason that they require documentation of facts as part of their daily processes.

These folks take oaths to uphold the law and insure that justice is fairly and equitably administered. Yet here these folks are, perhaps some of the most scrutinized Government agencies in the USA; corruption and vice running rampant and they simply seem unaccountable? How can anyone ever be assured that some anonymous, cloistered Government Health care bureaucrat won’t be even more susceptible to unaccountability?

It truly saddens me to think of how pervasive the depth of corruption in our country is.
Contrary to government propaganda that it is rare, corruption is extensive and systemic in our country. I sometimes think we should teach High School age students the reality that awaits them, so that they might make informed decisions and avoid making decisions with severe consequences based on a perception of reality that does not exist. This, so that they might avoid traveling the path that I have been forced to travel.

It is my position that President Obama’s administration has put the cart in front of the horse. The credibility of our Government and the peoples’ faith in its leaders must be restored before you attempt to add any grandiose expansion of government. Fix Social Security and Medicare. Bring the VA Hospital up to the standard of care proposed for the rest of us. Root out the corrupt and evil from our Judiciary and other halls of Government. The person that does these things will gain the respect and admiration of all Americans.

With all of that said, let us get back to Representative Joe Wilson’s emotional outburst, “You lie!” My initial gut reaction was, “good for you Joe – You said what was on my mind”. The next day I heard President Obama insist that he did not lie. And, with my analytical driver personality, I spent some time pondering to reconcile whether the President lied or not. It occurred to me, that with former President Bill Clinton advising him, President Obama may have engaged in parsing, equivocation, prevarication or quibbling in order to “technically” tell the truth. Most Readers will recall that Clinton argued that he did not perjure himself testifying under oath with the linguistic gymnastics of questioning the meaning of the word “is” and stating that he did not consider “oral sex” sex. The result was my previous article, “Rebuttal to Obama Health Care Speech – What does “is” mean?”

I ask the reader to please review that article paying attention to H.R. 3200 DIVISION A, TITLE I, SUBTITLE C, SECTION 123 & H.R. 3200 - 242(a)(1)&(2). After reading those sections and my related arguments, I believe you can agree with me that President Obama Quibbled, if not outright lied about the existence of “Death Panels” and whether illegal immigrants would be covered under the proposed government health care. If you Obamacare proponents prefer to believe that President Obama did not technically lie, so be it. I will let you win the “He did not technically lie” controversy, but that does not change what the referenced sections actually mean.

In his quibbling way, President Obama has said that Illegal Aliens won’t be covered under Obamacare, but did not tell you that this was true only because the proposal was going to make illegals technically legal. And in his same quibbling way, President Obama said no death panels were contained in the proposed Health care program. Clearly there are groups that could be termed “death panels” in the current VA Hospital Program. Does President Obama consider himself not lying because he is playing an intellectual word game and the term “death panel” is not in whatever healthcare plan he is proposing? Or does the President consider himself telling the truth because he is referring to some existing or yet to be created health care proposal that does not contain these components? Does any of this sound like Bill Clinton’s “What does “is” mean? Does your head hurt yet? Is this the standard of honesty that will be used in rationing out health care to each of us under Obamacare?

I submit to you that most politicians engage in quibbling when they know their constituents would object to the direct truth. I submit to you that Political Quibbling is a major source of what angers the overwhelming majority of TEA Party folks.

TEA Party folks are Quibblist not racists! We discriminate against those that quibble.
We are moved to action against leaders that not only lie, but those that would seek to mislead us by quibbling. (There are those with extreme agendas that seek to align themselves with us, just as there are some with extreme leftist agendas that seek to align themselves with the liberals. I can only assure you that when they display their true colors around me, I am likely to step to them or shun them. I do not share there radical beliefs) At worst, Representative Joe Wilson should have invoked You Quibble instead of You Lie!  The sentiment is the same.  All Americans disdain duplicitous politicians regardless of party or color.

I submit to the reader that labeling political opponents racists is mere political ploy. It is a well know strategy of governments and political parties to deal with political opposition by discrediting and demonizing them. TEA Party Loyalist who have read my more private works, know how to handle this tactic. For those persons loyal to President Obama, ask yourselves why the need to resort to this tactic. I would suggest to you that it a means to divide and conquer us and distract us from more important things.

In closing, I would ask of the President to put the good of the country before his own pride and ego. Please do not allow race to be invoked for simple political gain.
