Daniel Gonzalez, of the Arizona Republic, reported yesterday that this summer the United States will spend $6 million flying illegal immigrants, caught at the border, back to Mexico. During the summer months, heat and exposure claim the lives of hundreds of illegal immigrants. The Repatriation Program was designed, six years ago, to reduce that number.
Last year the Repatriation Program cost the United States $13.5 million and no the Mexican government does not contribute. The effectiveness of this program is in question by some humanitarian groups that track migrant deaths. Geoffrey Boyce of the Tucson based, No More Deaths said, “If it has an effect at all, it's marginal.” Reverend Robin Hoover, founder of Humane Borders stated, “No single intervention over those years has changed the number of migrants who die. There appears to be no correlation between the flights and the number of deaths we have here."
These types of programs further highlight our government’s impotency in regard to combating illegal immigration and challenge the notion that illegal immigration is a priority of this administration.
The American people grow more and more frustrated by government’s inaction. Year after year we continue to see our laws ignored, challenged even manipulated by groups like the ACLU. We see immigrant rights placed above the rights of citizens. We hear our Secretary of Homeland Security say that it is not really a crime to illegally cross the border. In Arizona we have yet to see one employer prosecuted under the Employer Sanctions law. Laws are in place but they continue to be discounted by those who should know better.
The failure of the United States to secure the border and enforce the law has made what was once, years ago, a manageable problem into an overwhelming one. Comprehensive Immigration Reform, whatever that means, has been debated for years and while talk is cheap, inaction is not.

Six million? Sounds like a lot, but these illegal aliens are costing the American taxpayers BILLIONS every year they are here.
When we get rid of all the illegal aliens, we will get rid of all the problems that go with them. THAT IS A FACT!
I for one, am sick and tired of these ILLEGAL ALIENS snubbing their nose at our immigration laws and the many other laws of this Country. If our Federal Government can not ENFORCE our immigration laws, and get these ILLEGAL ALIENS out of this Country, then let the States do it! One way or another, an end has to come to this illegal immigration, and not with AMNESTY! Amnesty will only encourage more ILLEGAL ALIENS to invade our Country and reward those who broke our laws and raped the American taxpayer in many ways...depressing our wages, taking our jobs, overwhelming our schools with their ILLEGAL ALIEN children, driving without a license or car insurance, all the crime from stolen identities to rape, drugs and everything else.

I doubt our socialistic Democratic government reps are going to let this voting block go. Nope, no more will of the American Citizens people, but the will of a voting block of people who promise to keep Obama and his thugs in office if he gives citizenship away. Deal's been made. Sorry for those of you who actually thought Obama's change was going to be something positive for the American people. Obama views the working class as his slaves, if not in labor, certainly in turning over the majority of our finances so he can take special care of those he identifies with and feels our money should go to support. You know, the receiptians of community oranizing, Acorn people, people who will get a check in the mail if they can't afford the public option for health care, the people who depend on welfare, social services, you know - those people. Obama's people and why he ran for office in the first place, to put whites and the more financially secure in their place, under his thumb.

Our Government, past & present, Republican & Democrat, have allowed the invasion of 20 to 40 million criminals and uneducated peons which is the largest invasion of any Nation, at any time, by any means & in direct violation of Article IV, Section IV of our Constitution.
This refusal to abide by our Constitution or enforce our Immigration Laws should be classified as Treason of the most foul kind, & as grounds for impeachment & trials for Treason!
Not only have they allowed the invasion, they force American tax payers to pay Billions on Billions of dollars to provide Welfare, Prison cells, Educate the invaders numerous children, and free medical care , at the same time the invading horde break numerous laws and massive document fraud, & are destroying ourschools, hospitals, communities, culture and standard of living while Robbing, Raping, Killing & Assaulting American Citizens! WAKE UP!
Can we get anyone in office that will respect the rights of American citizens and enforce the immigrations laws passed in the 1986 amnesty bill? We were supposed to get border security, workplace enforcement and deportation of illegal immigrant criminals.... we got 8 million illegal immigrants granted citizenship. No enforcement has been consistent throughout the states since then. States refuse to enforce federal immigration laws. Leaving the communities to pay for the hoards of needy people.
Every administration has been weak on enforcement while bending to the political wills of activist fighting for illegal immigrants and sticking the bill to the taxpayers. At this point, the problem is too big to continue without change as the last 20 years proves.
We'll have to make real change, and another amnesty would make the problem even worse. Incentive to follow the law is necessary. The incentive to come here illegally must stop in order to get a handle on the problem
