He serves as the Executive Director of ¡Arriba!, an agency serving seniors and adults with developmental or physical disabilities, and currently as a Director of the Richard D. Davis Foundation and San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center and partner in the California Disability Community Action Network. His professional interests include value metrics for social services, the impact of policy on efficiency and quality for the beneficiaries of public support, and which growl makes him sound most managerial.
