By their neglect and inaction, Utah’s federal Senators and Representatives protect illegal aliens who are using fraudulent documents and the identifying information of tens of thousands of Utah children.
The most recent confirmation of this is a report filed by Channel 2’s Rod Decker.
According to Decker, “Work Force Services says federal regulations usually prevent any investigation of false social security numbers used by illegal immigrants.”
These federal regulations, which Utah’s Congressional delegation allows to exist, forces Utah state workers to turn a blind eye to felony document fraud and felony identity theft under Utah law. This, in effect, forces them to be silent accomplices in the commission of these crimes.
Utah’s Congressional delegation allows the Social Security Administration to protect illegal aliens, 75% of whom have fraudulently obtained Social Security numbers, by refusing to notify American citizens when illegal aliens use their Social Security numbers to fraudulently obtain employment.
Utah’s Congressional delegation accepts the fact that the IRS won’t notify taxpayers when their Social Security numbers are being fraudulently used by illegal aliens to pay taxes.
The Utah Congressional delegation allows the IRS and Social Security Administration to protect illegal alien identity thieves by refusing to turn the names of illegal aliens over to law enforcement for prosecution.
Finally, Utah’s Congressional delegation does nothing to change a federal law that makes it possible for illegal aliens to avoid federal identity theft charges by simply claiming that they don’t know the Social Security number they are using belongs to someone else.
The Utah Coalition on Illegal Immigration once again calls on Utah’s federal Senators and Representatives to uphold their oaths of office and to protect Utah’s children from illegal alien driven identity theft by making it possible to identify, arrest and prosecute illegal aliens committing the felonies of document fraud and identity theft.
According to the Coalition, “For far too long, Utah’s Congressional delegation has sacrificed tens of thousands of Utah children for the benefit of illegal aliens and this must stop now!”

It is inexcusable that elected leaders would allow their people to be so abused. There are a minimum of 8 million invaders stealing American jobs by committing document felonies at the expense of American victims.
It is not a state crime to use false documents in Utah. Weber State made false documents for me and the AG covered up for them and is now working to get me deported instead. I am glad, the powers for me to stay or leave the US do not reside with him. Weber State gave me a student credential that says I studied in 1999 a course that did not even exist at that university. Shurtleff knows and he is acting like nothing has happened. I hope that his office soon gets the exposure they deserve.
Enough is enough! Legal U.S citizens unite! Help take the steps to save our country take our jobs back and stop this illegal immigrant invasion.
