My favorite taste of the down under in Delaware is Matilda’s Pub and Barbie in Newark just off of I-95 exit 1 going South on Rt. 896.
 

Kids will love the Chicken Mac, their homemade Mac & cheese with is mixed with pulled chicken and then topped with a sweet and spicy sauce. For the adults try their Roo Burgers. Kangaroo meat tastes similar to beef just more tender, flavorful and lower in fat. If you are tired of burgers try their signature meat pie. The flakey crust is overflowing with tender beef, onions, and gravy. This warm and wonderful Aussie comfort food is served with smashed potatoes and fresh veggies.
