Howard Stern gives 'Steven Seagal: Lawman' a 'thumbs up' (video)
Howard Stern dedicated some major air time to discussing the upcoming release of Steven Seagal's new semi-reality show Lawman. Howard Stern gave Steven Seagal: Lawman a 'big thumbs up,' but for different reasons than the aging martial arts star may have intended.
Howard Stern launched into an extensive riff about Steven Seagal: Lawman on Thursday morning's episode of Howard Stern Show. The King of All Media just couldn't get enough of Seagal, who Stern compared to a sweaty 'elephant,' playing a cowboy with superpowers in the small Louisiana town where he holds a real-life police badge. Howard Stern found the show's use of formulaic storytelling, racial stereotyping and Keystone-Cops-esque antics a hilarious and absurd top notch production.
'I realized what his kryptonite is,' said Howard Stern during his thorough analysis. 'If you're on foot and you run, Steven Seagal's not gonna get you. This guy is like a beached whale.'
Howard Stern Show producer Gary 'Baba Booey' Dell'Abate broke in during Howard Stern's rant to let the King know that he'd already put out a call to book Steven Seagal to come in to the Sirius XM studios when the Howard Stern Show returns from vacation on November 30th. Steven Seagal's 'real life' series Lawman premieres on A&E on Wednesday, December 2nd at 10:00PM.
