Beth Ostrosky aka Beth O aka Mrs. Howard Stern talked to OK! magazine this week about her newest weight loss technique--eating bread.

It's true. Beth O says that she's been eating bagels for breakfast, bread for lunch and pasta for dinner and dropping weight and shedding the pounds like crazy. All she had to do was cut out sugar completely.
"I dropped six pounds in the first week. I’m doing my training, and I’m eating so much more food. I’m consuming so much more food, and it’s real food instead of sweets. I think my body’s the best it’s ever been," Howard Stern's blonde bombshell wife told the celebrity news magazine.

Beth O also bragged to OK! Magazine about her famous turkey burgers that Howard Stern frequently smacks his lips over on air.

Howard Stern weighed in on Beth O's hot bod for OK! Magazine too:

“I love the way she moves, I love the way she looks, I love the way she is with me. We have a great marriage. We’ve been married a year, and it’s only getting better. I recommend it highly. I recommend marrying Beth highly.”

Beth Ostrosky is a former model, marathon runner, animal rights advocate and sometimes entertainment news reporter. Ostrosky will be releasing her first book, 'Oh My Dog' in Spring 2010.
