Howard Stern said that American Idol is "in trouble" and ripped into Idol judge Kara DioGuardi during an interview with Extra that aired Friday night.
The enteratinment news TV program caught Howard Stern on the red carpet for the new Matt Damon drama 'Green Zone' on Thursday night at the Cinema Society in New York City. Correspondent AJ Calloway asked Howard Stern to respond to American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi's statement that she didn't want to work with the satellite radio mogul.

Howard Stern glared into the camera and barked a fierce message at DioGuardi: "I wouldn't work with YOU! You're HORRIBLE! You have no opinion!"
DioGuardi told reporters last week that Howard Stern wasn't qualified to sit on the American Idol judging panel: "He doesn't have any kind of musical background and if you're going to replace Simon, you have to have that background," said DioGuardi.
American Idol's newest judge Ellen Degeneres has stated that she will leave the show if Howard Stern is hired.
