Radio broadcaster and longtime Howard Stern Show enemy Don Imus had some advice for Artie Lange after Thursday's announcement of Artie's suicide attempt.
Don Imus said of Artie Lange on Thursday:
"I don't know him but I know people who do know him and they like him a lot. He's a lovely guy--a brilliant comedian--brillant. , but apparently he's got some problems he tried to kill himself according to Page Six. So I hope he's okay. This is stupid advice but i had some of those same kinds of problems. Stuff will work out but you have to stay around long enough to let it work out, most of the time."
Don Imus' co-host asked the broadcastin' cowboy if he had ever attempted suicide himself.
"No, I did not," responded Don Imus gravely.
Robin Quivers reported on Thusrday's Howard Stern Show broadcast that she had spoken to Artie Lange and that the he was 'doing well physically'.
