Help the Wild Horses 11th Hour for Cloud's Herd

Please act now to stop this unnecessary and cruel round up--- the BLM still plans to move forward on September 1st

The Bureau of Land Management is rounding up and eliminating 12 herds (650 horses) off 1.6 million acres in Nevada right now-- next they plan to destroy Cloud's herd with a massive removal of 70 horses that would include OLDER HORSES and YOUNG FOALS.

Many of the horses you have come to love in the Cloud shows and will meet in the new Cloud show on October 25th will lose their families and their freedom next week. By zeroing out whole herds and reducing others to below genetic viability, the BLM is circumventing the will of Congress. The House just passed the Restoring of American Mustangs (ROAM) act and the Senate will review this bill (now S.1579) when they return from recess in September. Is BLM just trying to do as much irrevocable damage to America's wild horses as they can before Congress can act?
This round up will start on September 1st unless we can stop it. Removing 70 horses will destroy this unique little Spanish herd, leaving them well below the bare minimum for genetic viability. The range is in great condition and the horses are healthy. This removal should be stopped.  Please do all you can to help! Sure, lets spend hundreds of millions on horses when 49,000,000 people are without health care.

I'm pretty sure it's not hundreds ans millions, they're there and that's where they should stay. It's not the horses fault that people are without health insurance.Maybe you should write to your local goverment or OBAMA MAYBE they'll help you out.

It is due to mankinds ignorance and greed that the sacred animal kingdom is now living in danger and fear of man himself, for man is the worst evil on this planet, all animals lived in harmony as One before man came to this planet and began destroying all beauty and grace,on our precious Earth Mother,Until we return to the ways of our ancestors, and remeber to give back all that you take, for everything is connected as One, then we shall have Peace on Earth,Health care is every persons own responsibility,Eat fruits and veggies and nuts,go vegetarian, you will be healthy,You are what you eat!If you eat flesh, something will begin to eat your flesh from the inside out!Eating animal is Cannibal,www.ghostdancers.org

How about ending factory farming and taking the cattle off our land, that would save billions!

Animals over humans. Good. See the farmers in California and their fight for water. They are competing with fish to provide jobs and families and the economy with hard goods and cash. The fish win. The people lose. Nice.

So what do you think Carrie? Fish or tens of thousands of humans?

The high cost of keeping wild horses in holding pens is passed down to the taxpayers while cattle ranchers rent land for as little as $1 a month. The American wild horse is facing destruction for pure greed.

Hey, Chilled ~ Humans are NOT the only things that live on this planet, but we are just about to destroy the habitat for ourselves AND everything else. Whether YOU like it or not, the balance of nature is as necessary for our survival as it is for all the other species we are trying to displace.

We DO NOT and CANNOT own the Earth. We never did and we never will. If we don't learn that, and soon, WE will go extinct.
