Kimberly A. Rinker is an award-winning journalist whose stories have appeared in The Chicago Tribune, Horsemen & Fair World, Illinois Racing News, The Harness Edge, Sports Eye, etc. She has competed in Hunter-Jumper, Eventing and Competitive Riding, and is a licensed harness racing trainer-driver. In 1995 Rinker represented the United States in the International Drivers Championship in Moscow, Russia. She is a 4-H certified judge and has authored four books, including Chicago's Horse Racing Venues.
