Casey's attorney go on the attack!
As previously predicted Casey Anthony's attorney goes on the attack
.

He has been leading a well orchestrated attempt by the Anthony family to
manufacture a "Reasonable Doubt Case."

When a client is guilty and you have no defense you have to go on the offense.
You have to attack any possible person associated with the case.

Right now, today, that unfortunate victim is Ron Kronk the meter reader that found little Caylee Anthony's body stuffed in a trash bag and thrown in the marsh like so much garbage.

The guy has to relieve himself so he runs in to what was previously a swamp, he finds the body and reports it immediately to police.

The police are not stupid, they checked the guy out, he's not involved in Caylee’s disappearance but that won't stop the defense attorney from trying to ruin this guys life.

You see he knows going in that this guy is not guilty of anything.  Except now being a victim or target of opportunity!

It just doesn’t matter to the attorney he’s got a client to get off.  If he can pull it off, getting a baby killer off, he’ll become for a time anyway, the champion of defense attorneys!
All of his colleagues will know that he’s at the top of the food chain.

Casey’s attorney sees this poor guy as the gift from the devil that he's been looking for all along. Now rather than being forced to make the momma, or the daddy, or the brother, look like a possible suspect they can flog this poor guy.

Guess what now they can get some ex-wife (s) that sees her or their chance to get their 15 minutes of fame and stick it to the old ex-husband at the same time.

This guy might have even been a big jerk, don't know don’t really care it’s irrelevant to this case. But you can listen to the ex-wife and know full well that part of what she is saying is contrived.

Her part about the duck tape is pure fantasy, "I knew he likely did it" a total B grade movie "Crap-aola!"

This tactic of the attorney as well as that of this entire family is really sickening and predictable.

You can defend your client without ruining the life of an innocent person.

This circus now has another act in the person of the ex-wife they paraded on the morning news shows this morning.

She is so very believable with no reason to lie, other than revenge, a quest for attention, perhaps a few bucks coming her way?

You might be innocent Casey, just as Elvis might still be alive and living on an Island with J.F. K.

The news media needs to be very careful in how they give this or these persons “STORY or Stories” any air of credibility.

This is so much like how the security guard that saved people’s lives at the Olympics was treated.  Richard Jewell risked his life to save people and was nearly destroyed in the process.

This guy Ron Kronk, may or may not have been a great husband in the past, but in this case he is a hero.

He stepped up and did his civic duty by calling the authorities. By doing so he just may have made it possible for the true killer to be identified, arrested, and with God’s help prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Now looking at it from that prospective can you understand why the Anthony family would hate this poor guy.

Just to let you know
I have recently had a stroke that has resulted in some seizures. At times I make grammar errors as I don't always have someone available to proof read these articles, before I have to submit them.

I try to do my best to keep the information fresh. The old brain doesn't connect the dots as it once might have. The stroke dusted some of the dots of my dice I'm afraid. Thank you for being understanding.

Please feel free to point these errors out to me as I review all comments and try to use the information to give you a better article.

Unfortunately, this is not true. In any murder case, the defense attorney should point towards other possible suspects. Too many wrongful convictions occur because this is not done even though the real perp was on the LE radar. I don't know who is guilty in this case, but I do know that Kronk set off my hinky meter from the beginning - what was he he did again soon after she was missing and then months later when he essentially found her? I hope he was fully investigated from the beginning.

I don't see how Mr. Kronk fits into Casey never reporting her child missing and the incredible lies about the Nanny named Zenaida who was a "10", not to mention her journal entry from June 21st. Or how Casey said she went to nightclubs that Zenaida went to looking for her daughter (yet no one has met this club hopping Zenaida Nanny), How Zenaida held her down in the park and stole Caylee. Or how Baez himself insisted he had a photo of Zenaida with Caylee. Seriously did Bozo hit his head? obviously if it was Kronk, Casey would have been shouting it from the rooftops in order to get out of jail. Even if she didn't know his name, a white male is a lot different from the "10" Hispanic female that Casey insisted (for months and months) took her child. This Duh-fense is a waste. ABSOLUTELY a HUGE WASTE. ugh.

Chris wake up smell the coffee this attorney has been throwing everything against the wall. Now he's going to toss this guy under the bus. Telling you the public the police are doing their job. this guy has been investigated. You going set with a straight face and tell me Casey doesn't send radar off the charts.
Tot mom has lied through teeth at every turn in this case. Her attorney knows his client is guilty as hell and is desperate to get people like you on the jury. Well there is this mountain of evidence over hear but he said so maybe it so, must be reasonable doubt. I appreciate your input but there is big difference in giving alternate theory's in court and using the morning new show to launch a pretrial ambush using some sorry old ex-wife that would sell here soul and has to get her 15 minutes of fame. Sorry there is a time and a method to do things and bottom feeder doesn't follow any rules.

DDOll Bingo he doesn't he found the body end of story. The defense is trying weave a blanket out of thin air and they don't mind lying with every breath they take. This attorney puts that ex-wife on the stand and he is suborning perjury and should be disbarred!

What a pathetic attempt to try and cause reasonable doubt. I don't know why Baez doesn't take the high road and tell his client too much stacked against you, it would be in your best interest to plead guilty. Casey is the only one who can save herself from the DP. Instead of placing innocent people as the one responsible for Caylee's demise, look at the one who had custody of Caylee. First it was the imaginanny, then Jesse Grund and now Roy Kronk who found Caylee's reamins,. Get real Baez and start defending Casey for her life depends on it! Baes teaches law, does he understand the motions he filed? This limine motion does't fit it is essential moot!

In Florida, a motion in limine is to exclude evidence but his motion is asking the court to allow evidence. There is no such motion in Florida.

Doesn't Baez teach law students? Does he not know the difference in motions? I think Baez will be laughed right out of court with this little tactic he's using. Is Baez a "rogue" attorney? Where will this end? This will stop another good samaratin stepping foward. Pathetic!

Interesting to see how the duh-fense can explain how Zanny the Nanny has now murphed into Kronk the meter reader. Baez and team must think there are an awful lot of stupid people out there. This screams of the duh-fense trying to pollute the trial and they have the nerve to claim the prosecution of doing the same thing. SINdy tried to create reasonable doubt using Kronk as the fall guy herself in some of the emails that were between her and her poor excuse for a private eye Dominic Casey. And now she is saying she and her hybby Georgette don't want to drag Kronk thru the mud. Gimme a break. I don't believe it for one moment and the latest blame game being used by the duhfense is gonna backfire. Bottom line, baby killer Casey is gonna be found guilty. Whter she gets the DP or nnot, remains to be seen.

    Razzy,
I agree about him being Baez not taking the high road, but the high road is always the road less traveled anyway in this country.
He's about throwing as much crap into the fan and then seeing where some of it sticks. hopefully it will blow right back into his face.

LindaRose, good post he as I stated in an earlier article is making every motion in the world. Which in reality is a good thing for the prosecution. The judge is on the surface being patient another good thing. Both of these eliminate two possibilities for a reversal on appeal. One she will not be able to claim that she had incompetent counsel. Nor will this attorney be able to claim the judge committed reversible error.
Will the judge get tired of stupid motions brought without merit? You bet.

I'm working on investigative piece that will likely post Monday night or Tuesday that should shed some light on Jose Baez. You can do your job as an attorney without targeting innocent people, without violating the laws of the state or the Cannons of Ethics, well a good many people an anyway.

LindaRose, his filing a motion that has no foundation in law is not a bad idea. If that were never done new case law would never come about. It also means his client stays in the public eye, making it easier for him to argue that a change of venue should or should have been granted.
He's no dummy, but at some point he might just find himself so far over the line he can't get back before the gavel falls on his own head.

LindaRose, Oh this attorney is more than willing to get down and roll around in the dirt. He just has to be careful that at the end of the day, when his client is safely tucked away in prison for the rest of her life, he doesn't have that dirt all over himself or me may be occupying a cell as well.
Being a defense attorney doesn't entitle you violate laws. There have been some very big drug attorneys that have been nailed under RICO. Being an attorney is not license to commit crimes in the interest of defending some dirt bag, low life, scum sucking, baby killer.
