Oh boy! A root beer float!
Do you like to celebrate? I just love celebrations! Sometimes we celebrate the very tiny mundane accomplishments in life with a special breakfast or a home-made card. Sometimes we celebrate bigger events like birthdays complete with party balloons, cake and gifts. One year we even celebrated our daughter’s half birthday. We love celebrations!
On Wednesday, June 3, 2009; you can celebrate the end of the school year at Sonic and receive a free root beer float!
At the end of each school year, our family likes to celebrate with a special outing. These outings don’t have to be expensive or grand. It could be a simple picnic in a park complete with cheese or peanut butter that the kids have carefully put together. It could be a tad bit larger with a visit to Chuck E. Cheese, Monkey Joes or Incredible Pizza. But, this year you could have a nice evening out with your end-of-the-school-year children and celebrate for free with a root beer float.
One day only – Wednesday, June 3 – Sonic drive-ins are giving away 10 oz. size root beer floats from 8:00 p.m. till midnight. So, pack up the happy “I’ve finished my 1,000 hours of school work this year” children and celebrate! Even if you’ve not quite reached your goal, go ahead and enjoy in anticipation of finishing soon. Just save some floats for us.
