Hobby Lobby also has a huge selection and good prices.
Also visit thrift stores and garage sales to find great prices on art materials to stock your supply closet.

Rainbow Resource is an enormous online homeschool store with lots of great art supplies at good prices.
Discount School Supply has lots of affordable art supplies and also offers lesson plans for creative ways to use them. This is a good site to buy in bulk and stock up.
