Here's a great way to spend a Friday night! Mankato's Barnes and Noble is holding a book fair and homeschooler event on Friday, Sept. 17th from 4:00 - 8:00 pm with activities beginning at 5:00. Not only will purchases help the Blue Earth County Historical Society, but there will be door prizes, story times and lots more fun!
The schedule is:
5:00 Storytime with “Cookie Mouse”
6:00 Store Tour
7:00 Young Historians Storytime
Staff will also show off the new BN & School Deptartment for parents & teachers, have Nook E-reader demos, have Red Dot Music demos and more.
There will be book fair vouchers you can use so that your purchases help support BECHS. Bookfair vouchers will be good from 9:00 am- 10:00 pm on Sept. 17th. Simply fill out a voucher in the store and a part of the purchase price will be donated to BECHS.
Online purchases apply too if placed from Sept. 17 -22 using the ID # 10262020.
Barnes and Noble is located in the River Hills Mall in Mankato.
