Homeschoolers in Little Rock may want to take the drive to Springdale to enjoy the upcoming Homeschool Help workshops in March and April. March's topic is "Curriculum Choices" and April's topic is "Homeschooling through High School". Both workshops will be held at the Circle of Life Hospice Building in Springdale, Arkansas.

Curriculum Choices
This is a topic that every homeschool family and potential homeschool family deals with. This workshop covers topics such as choosing curriculum, types of curriculum, learning styles, and educational philosophies. Attend this workshop to learn about unit studies, living books, Charlotte Mason, unschooling, and classical studies. There will not be any curriculum displayed or sold.
Day: March 23, 2010.
Time: 7:00 pm
Where: Circle of Life Hospice Building, main floor conference room.

Homeschooling through High School
Homeschooling through high school is a very difficult endeavor and one that requires a lot of time and planning from parents of homeschooled high school students. Get the facts about the ACT, SAT, record keeping, transcripts, colleges, GED and more.
Date: April 20, 2010
Time: 7:00 pm
Where: Circle of Life Hospice Building, main floor conference room.

There is no cost to attend either workshop. Donations to cover the cost of materials are appreciated. Childcare will not be provided. Nursing babies welcome.
