AG Andrew Cuomo recuses himself in Governor Paterson probe
Breaking news: An independent counsel will be appointed to take over the investigation looking into 
the way that the Governor Patersons office responded to domestic violence charges against one of his staffers. An investigation into whether the Governor lied about World Series tickets will also be handled by Judith Kaye, former Chief Judge of New York.
