In 2008 James founded Instinct Media Solutions, LLC, a firm specializing in traditional and new media applications for business. He served as the president and general manager of Rocky Mountain PBS from 1993 to 2008. His experience includes more than 30 years at television stations in Florida, Idaho and Kentucky. James has his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Denver.
