Fist off, I should start by introducing myself to everyone and telling you a little bit about me. Obviously from the bio you can see I like food, beer and travel. I also blog about my adventures at thebrewstraveller.com. Not only do I drink copious amounts of beer, but I actually brew it myself sometimes too! I'm actually going to prove to all of my readers that anybody can brew beer, because if I can do it, pretty much 99% of people can do it too! Making it taste good is a whole different story but I'll do my best to provide you with tips and insight if you decide to venture into homebrewing.
In addition to giving out tips and ideas I'll also interview other home brewers and commercial brewers who have made it into the big time! At least once a month I will feature a local or national beer figure that will give us some valuable information on brewing and beer. Hopefully I can even convince one of them to let me brew with them! I am also a member of the Arizona Society of Home Brewers. We put on different events and have monthly meetings. I look forward to hearing from fellow home brewers and beer enthusiasts (light beer drinkers are not considered beer enthusiasts)! I will try and publish often and I'm always looking for new ideas so make sure and let me know if you have any. In the meantime stay away from crappy beer (anything yellow and fizzy) and remember to drink local!
